ZooMS identification of a whale bone tool from Bronze Age Heiloo, the Netherlands
<p>This dataset contains the ZooMS data used in the palaeoproteomic identification of a whale bone tool from Bronze Age Heiloo, the Netherlands. The same project was also analysed using LC-MS/MS. The reference to the data repository containing the LC-MS/MS data can be found in the associated publication.</p>
Orthorectified video at Hommerich station, Geul River, The Netherlands
<p>Video was taken at 2024-10-10T08:17:17 at the peak of a high flow event. The original video was taken at 1920x1080 resolution with 30 frames per second. Orthorectification was performed using PyOpenRiverCam (https://github.com/localdevices/pyorc), using 6 control points, measured with Real-Time-Kinematics GNSS to constrain k1 and k2 barrel distortion, focal length, and rotation and translation of the camera. Resolution is 0.01 meter in x and y direction.</p> <p>The video is meant as a test case for image velocimetry methods and uploaded to support tests and examples of the PyOpenRiverCam and Fast and Flexible Particle Image Velocimetry (FF-PIV) libraries. For more information, visit https://github.com/localdevices/ffpiv</p> <p>The video can be re-purposed for any other velocimetry experiment. The following files are included:</p> <p>20241010_081717.mp4 : original video file</p> <p>20241010_081717_ortho.mp4 : orthorectified video</p> <p>hommerich_frames_20241010_081717.zip : zip-file containing orthorectified frames, stored as .JPG images.</p> <p>hommerich_20241010_081717_pyorc_data.zip.zip : zip-file containing pyorc (test with v0.8.0) commands, recipe and camera configuration files. Two commands are included. One that processes with a known set water level from an external device, and one that attempts to estimate the water level optically.</p>

<p>This dataset contains AMR monitoring results in animals and food at the isolate level pursuant to Article 9 of Directive 2003/99/EC and to Annex, part B, of Commission implementing Decision 2013/652/EU. In addition, the dataset includes any other results from isolates than the ones mentioned in the Commission implementing Decision 2013/652/EU. Frequency dataset for "Profile-based measures of lexical variation. Four case studies on variation in word choice between Belgian and Netherlandic Dutch."
<p>The dataset is structured according to:</p> <ul> <li>the lexical field (CLOTHING, TRAFFIC, IT, and EMOTION);</li> <li>the part of speech (noun or adjective);</li> <li>the corpus;</li> <li>the concept;</li> <li>the term.</li> </ul> <p>It first gives the absolute frequency as found in the corpus and also after it was disambiguated.
