Supplementary Materials for "Depolarization of MgH Solar Lines by Collisions with Hydrogen Atoms"
<p>The files "MgHH_Potential_Singlet" and "MgHH_Potential_Triplet" respectively hold results of ab initio calculation of the potential energy surfaces (PESs), V(R,θ) in units of cm^-1, for the singlet (1A') and triplet (3A') states of the MgH-H system. Here R represents the distance (in atomic units) from the center of mass of MgH molecule to the H atom, and θ is the rotation angle (in degrees) of the H atom around the MgH. All the PESs are obtained using the MOLPRO package (e.g. Werner et al. 2010).</p> <p><br> The files "MgHH_Sigma_0toL_Singlet.csv" and "MgHH_Sigma_0toL_Triplet.csv" respectively contain results of the infinite-order sudden (IOS) approximation calculation of cross sections, σ(0->L) in units of Angstrom^2, as functions of energy in units of cm^-1 for the 1A' and 3A' states of the MgH-H system. The IOS cross sections are calculated using MOLSCAT code (Hutson & Green 1994). The depolarization and transfer of polarization cross sections can be calculated from the IOS cross sections via Eqs. (1) & (2) of Qutub et al. 2020.</p>

Supplementary material for "High turn-over rates at the upper range limit and elevational source-sink dynamics in a widespread songbird"
<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p>The formation of an upper distributional range limit for species breeding along mountain slopes is often based on environmental gradients resulting in changing demographic rates towards high elevations. However, we still lack an empirical understanding of how the interplay of demographic parameters forms the upper range limit in highly mobile species. Here, we study apparent survival and within-study area dispersal over a 700 m elevational gradient in barn swallows (<em>Hirundo rustica</em>) by using 15 years of capture-mark-recapture data. Annual apparent survival of adult breeding birds decreased while breeding dispersal probability of adult females, but not males increased towards the upper range limit. Individuals at high elevations dispersed to farms situated at elevations lower than would be expected by random dispersal. These results suggest higher turn-over rates of breeding individuals at high elevations, an elevational increase in immigration and thus, within-population source-sink dynamics between low and high elevations. The formation of the upper range limit therefore is based on preference for low-elevation breeding sites and immigration to high elevations. Thus, shifts of the upper range limit are not only affected by changes in the quality of high-elevation habitats but also by factors affecting the number of immigrants produced at low elevations.</p>

Ouseley mission to Persia 1810-15 – Analysis of reference material
<p>These files form part of an archive of research data relating to the diplomatic mission to Persia 1810-15, led by Sir Gore Ouseley as ambassador. The data have been compiled by independent researchers W H (Bill) Martin and Sandra Mason; their contact details are in the README file.. The files comprise a number of searchable listings relating to the reports produced by members of the mission and other relevant data. The data formed the basis for a published report on the Ouseley Mission referenced below, which is also part of the archive. </p> <p>This section of the archive contains a database, <em>ousref</em>, listing reference material relating to the Ouseley mission and the four key participants who wrote about their journeys. Th explanatory README text file contains details of the four reports and a table showing the fields included in the database and giving definitions of them and of the codings used in different cases. </p>

Supplementary Materials for "Influence of Measured Radio Environment Map Interpolation on Indoor Positioning Algorithms"
<p>This dataset was created as suplementary material for research article: <strong>Influence of Measured Radio Environment Map Interpolation on Indoor Positioning Algorithms</strong></p> <p>This package contains packet capture files of 802.11 probe requests captured at Geotec office at University Jaume I, Spain by 5 ESP32 microcontrollers. The packet capture files are in the standardized *.pcap binary format and can be opened with any packet analysis tool such as Wireshark or scapy (Python packet analysis and manipulation package).</p> <p>The data are split between radio map data captured at all accessible reference positions in our office spread in 1m grid and evaluation data gathered alligned to 0.5m grid, as well as in hard to access locations. The location the data were collected are available in the office.</p> <p>The dataset has 4 parts, and all subsets of the dataset can be generated from the captured pcap files:</p> <p><strong>Data</strong></p> <p>This folder contains pcap files from all 5 ESP32 stations representing the whole radio environment map. The folder name stands for each of the 5 ESP32 sniffer stations and the name of the file points to a reference location the data were captured in. Example of the coordinates matching the reference location grid names are in following table:</p> <table> <caption>Data Point Coordinates</caption> <thead> <tr> <th scope="row"> </th> <th scope="col">X</th> <th scope="col">Y</th> <th scope="col"> </th> <th scope="col">X</th> <th scope="col">Y</th> <th scope="col"><strong>...</strong></th> </tr> </thead> <tbody> <tr> <th scope="row">A1</th> <td>0.85</td> <td>0.1</td> <td><strong>B1</strong></td> <td>1.85</td> <td>0.1</td> <td><strong>...</strong></td> </tr> <tr> <th scope="row">A2</th> <td>0.85</td> <td>1.1</td> <td><strong>B2</strong></td> <td>1.85</td> <td>1.1</td> <td><strong>...</strong></td> </tr> <tr> <th scope="row">A3</th> <td>0.85</td> <td>2.1</td> <td><strong>B3</strong></td> <td>1.85</td> <td>2.1</td> <td><strong>...</strong></td> </tr> <tr> <th scope="row">...</th> <td><strong>...</strong></td> <td><strong>...</strong></td> <td><strong>...</strong></td> <td><strong>...</strong></td> <td><strong>...</strong></td> <td><strong>...</strong></td> </tr> <tr> <th scope="row">A11</th> <td>0.85</td> <td>10.1</td> <td><strong>B11</strong></td> <td>1.85</td> <td>10.1</td> <td><strong>...</strong></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p><strong>Data_Eval</strong></p> <p>This folder contains pcap files from all 5 ESP32 stations with data captured at 31 locations not found in the original reference location grid. The naming corresponds to the X and Y location in which the data were collected.</p> <p><strong>Processed_Data</strong></p> <p>Additionally, there are 3 folders with processed CSV files. One folder that combines all radio map values, second folder contains combined evaluation values and third is with linearly interpolated radio map values.</p> <p>The CSV files are in a format:</p> <blockquote> <p><code>X, Y, RSSI_1, RSSI_2, RSSI_3, RSSI_4, RSSI_5</code></p> </blockquote> <p><strong>Data_Scenarios</strong></p> <p>This folder for the ease of use, contains data for exact reproducibility of our results in the paper.
