(file bilansautscgps.ods, sheet 1)

Data Set S2. Coseismic offsets calculated from kinematic 30s time-series based on different time-spans taken before and after the main shock. (file bilansautscgps.ods, sheet 2)

Data Set S3. Raw displacements (before correction for interseismic motion) ob- served over benchmarks in the near field of the fault, part of civilian networks (file cadastralallmeforme.ods).
Dataset pertaining to the publication "Mapping of the gene network that regulates IgG galactosylation". If you use this dataset, please cite the manuscript in order to fairly acknowledge the contribution of all participating studies and their sponsors.

Data consists of three gzipped files corresponding to genome-wide association meta-analysis (GWAMA) of three IgG N-glycome traits describing the percentage of galactosylation: G0, G1 and G2. The files are tab-separated and contain genome-wide association meta-analysis data for the discovery studies. Summary data are given for the meta-analyses of over 15 million directly genotyped or imputed single variant polymorphisms corresponding to the HRC (Haplotype Reference Consortium) r1.1 reference panel. Meta-analysis estimates are corrected for inflation of test statistics using genomic control at the individual study level.

DMP: Illustration of State-of-the-Art Embedding Methods for Social Networks

This project aims to explore state-of-the-art network embedding methods for social network analysis, with a specific focus on link prediction. Using data from the Austrian online newspaper derStandard.at, a follow-network is constructed to represent user interactions. By applying selected network embedding algorithms to this dataset, the goal is to identify the most effective method for predicting links between users. Through this investigation, the aim is to enhance understanding of graph embedding techniques and their applicability in social network analysis tasks.

Predictive Modeling of Bearing Degradation: LSTM Neural Networks for Uncertainty Quantification

These MATLAB codes are part of a research project focused on predicting bearing degradation through vibration measurements. The codes implement LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) neural network models trained under different objectives, including uncertainty quantification and RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) minimization. The objective of the research is to compare the performance of these models in predicting bearing health and assessing the associated uncertainty.

Note: The current codes are under embargo access as the corresponding paper has been submitted to the ESCA 11 conference. The codes will be made openly accessible upon acceptance of the paper and during the presentation dates. Please cite our paper when using these codes.
