Epub 2017 Nov 1.</p> <p>The sample of this article was the data obtained from 14 out-patients with TRS, 9 family members with the role of main carer, and 13 mental health professionals, from March to June (2015). The activities related to the manuscript were the following: 5 discussion groups (2 with professionals, 2 with patients, and 1 with family members) were performed in Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Déu (PSSJD), representing Barcelona metropolitan area. In addition, 8 individual interviews were held (4 with patients and 4 with family members). All recorded data was analyzed following discourse analysis as the analytical approach. </p>

Antiviral activity of HIV-1 integrase strand-transfer inhibitors against mutants with integrase resistance-associated mutations and their frequency in treatment-naïve individuals
<p>The development of resistance to human immunodeficiency virus 1 (HIV-1) integrase strand-transfer inhibitors (INSTI) has been documented; however, knowledge of the impact of pre-existing integrase (IN) mutations on INSTI resistance (INSTI-R) is still evolving. The frequency of HIV-1 IN mutations in 2177 treatment-naïve subjects was investigated, along with the INSTI susceptibility of site-directed mutant viruses containing major and minor INSTI-R mutations. Total 6 of 39 minor INSTI-R mutations (M50I, S119P/G/T/R, and E157Q) were found in >1% of IN-treatment-naïve subjects with no impact on INSTI susceptibility. When each combined with major INSTI-R mutation, M50I, S119P, and E157Q led to decreased susceptibility to elvitegravir but remained sensitive to dolutegravir and bictegravir.</p>

<p>Dataset for research paper "Heracleum sosnowskyi plants frost-resistance in laboratory and field experiments". </p> <p>The <em>Heracleum sosnowsky</em> plants has low freezing tolerance and die in temperature range minus 6–12 °С. Snow cover provides stable soil temperature (not lower than minus 3 °С) and is the only factor that ensures the survival of <em>H. sosnowsky</em> plants in the regions with cold winter. The <em>H. sosnowsky</em> frost tolerance is higher in autumn (up to minus 12 °С) and became lower at spring (minus 5–7 °С). These results can be explained by absence of deep dormancy in <em>H. sosnowskyi</em> meristem tissues and gradual change of carbohydrate content in them during the cold period. The seeds have high freezing tolerance after its formation but lost it after stratification. The field experiments were carried out by participants of citizen science project “Moroz”. It was shown that <em>H. sosnowskyi</em> plant eradication probability with the help of snow removal completely depends on weather conditions. This method can be used only on the territories where the use of herbicides is prohibited and only in the regions with minimal temperature in January – Febrary not higher than minus 25 °С. The dataset with all measurements made during the experiments is available on the site of “Moroz” project (<a href="http://proborshevik.ru/%20">http://proborshevik.ru</a>).</p>

Descriptor dataset for predicting interfacial thermal resistance
<p>We present details of the two datasets for the ITR model training and prediction, one is the "ITR dataset" and the other one is the "descriptor dataset" of various materials. The former dataset shows the ITR values of various interfaces with the measuring temperature, synthesized method, thermal measurement method, sample pre-treatment and its original references. The latter dataset shows the physical, chemical and process descriptors of 298 different materials, which are single element or binary compounds. These materials can construct over 80,000 pair-material systems (e.g. Bi/Si) for ITR prediction. Additionally, the total energy for the binding energy can also be found in the "atom_energy_vasp" file. Further, the training data for the ITR machine-learning model are furnished under the file name“training dataset for ITR prediction” and can be directly used as training data for ITR predictions.</p> <p> </p> <p>Descriptor dataset for predicting interfacial thermal resistance is licensed under a <a href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/">Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License</a>.</p>
