<p>We have revised the taxonomic status, nomenclature, synonymy and distribution of <em>Buglossoides rochelii</em> (syn. Lithospermum rochelii), previously also known as <em>Buglossoides glandulosa</em> (syn. <em>Lithospermum glandulosum</em>) or <em>Buglossoides czernjajevii</em> (syn. <em>Lithospermum czernjajevii</em>). The distributional data are presented in this dataset.</p>
