The concatenated amino-acid sequence datasets of the 12 protein-coding genes were analyzed by Bayesian Inference (BI) and Maximum Likelihood (ML), utilizing Cloacotaenia megalops (NC_032295.1) and Dibothriocephalus latus (NC_008945.1) as the outgroups. Both ML and BI analyses constructed identical tree topologies.
