Microchamber slide design for cell confinement during imaging- Colpoda steinii in 384 well or microwells

We performed Imaging on a Nikon Ti2-E & Yokogawa CSU W1-SoRa microscope. The microscope was equipped with an ORCA-Fusion BT digital C-MOS camera. We used a 10× 0.45 Plan Apo Air objective for differential interference contrast (DIC) imaging. More microscopy information is detailed in the metadata file associated with each .nd2 file. The repository contains timelapse series data at irregular intervals between the beginning of data collection and after two hours. Wells on a glass-bottom 384 well plate or microwells contained Colpoda steinii cells.

IODP Expedition 392, Hole U1579D - Well Logging Data
Logging data are measurements of physical properties of the formation surrounding a borehole, acquired in situ after completion of coring (wireline logging) or during drilling (Logging-While-Drilling, LWD). The range of data (resistivity, gamma radiation, velocity, density, borehole images,…) in any hole depends on the scientific objectives and operational constraints.

Little well for inspection of Roman aqueduct
This is a simple Little well for waters inspection of The imperial aqueduct of S. Lorenzo that was a marvellous work done by engineers and architects of the Roman empire. San Lorenzo was the name of the country that, since May 1872, is called Amaseno. Amaseno, just like the noble river of virgilian memory, at whose source is the small urban center. The river collects the waters of a dozen springs and some of them attracted the attention of the Roman hydraulics to supply water to Terracina (Italy) in the second century. d. C. Medium resolution detail view of a probable root cellar feature. Excvations carried out by the Society for Pennsylvania Archaeology Chapter 21 next to the 1716 Mouns Jones House. The photogrammetry model was buildt from 288 photographs in Agisoft Photoscan Pro. The scale bars display 20cm increments. The original cellar vault stones have been displaced. The apparent alignment of the articulated foundation stones are indicated by the blue markers. The alignment markers, north arrow and scale bars were added in Maya 2016. The site is owned by the Historic Preservation Trust of Berks County. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
St Catherine's Well-Leixlip,Co.Dublin, Ireland
St. Catherines Wells Not much is known of the history of the wells but Weston St. John Joyce in The Neighbourhood of Dublin (1912) wrote:"The wells of St. Catherines are situated along a lane known as the Black Avenue, which forms the county boundary. These wells are protected by stone canopies. The larger well was provided with a wooden door and adorned with a head of modern appearance. It was used for drinking purposes. While the smaller well has for generations enjoyed a reputation for a cure for sore eyes, it is said that neither well has ever been known to run dry." As a regular visitor to the Black Avenue in the late 50s/early 60s, (While visiting Granny in The Mill Lane in Leixlip, us children got sent for walks up there while the grown-ups talked!), I don't recall the wooden door still being present, and I think that the lady's head was broken, but there was a metal cup attached to the wall by a chain, and from this the passer-by could sate his thirst. St Ruan's Well, Cornwall
St Ruan's Well is a Scheduled Monument (ref 1006753) and comprises of a well house built over a spring located in a slight hollow at the head of a gentle valley. Now known as St Ruan's Well it was originally called St Grade's Well. The well house is made of serpentine, slate and granite bedded in lime mortar with granite primarily used for the arched doorway, roof ridge, the niche above the well and the vaulted roof. A shallow socket hole in the roof ridge is believed to have been for a gable cross (now lost) but originally this would have been positioned above the opening to the well. The well house was altered in the 17th century and may have incorporated parts of an earlier medieval building. It was repointed in summer 2021. **This survey has been undertaken as part of the Scheduled Monument Management Project funded by Historic England and managed by Cornwall Archaeological Unit.** [Read more about St Ruan's Well](https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1006753).
