Anonymized first MPOX outbreak in the city of Barcelona
<p>We present the anonymized dataset of the complete first MPOX outbreak in the city of Barcelona.</p> <p>Sensitive information, such as date of birth, has been reduced to the year of birth. The country of birth has been simplified to regions: Spain, Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, and Latin America and the Caribbean. For geolocation, only the ZIP code of residence and the categorization in the Basic Health Area are presented.</p> <p>We believe that with this amount of information, the data presented is sufficiently reproducible, bur further queries can be addressed to ext_dpalma@aspb.cat.</p> <p> </p> <p>David Palma,</p> <p>Public Health Agency of Barcelona,</p> <p>International Health Department, CAPRHI, Maastricht University,</p> <p>CIBER in Epidemiology and Public Health.</p>
