Phylogenetic relationships between Erysiphe lespedezae on Bauhinia blakeana and B. purpurea, including Pseudoidium caesalpiniacearum, and some reference data retrieved from GenBank, inferred by the Maximum likelihood (ML) and Bayesian inference (BI) methods using the combined ITS and 28S rDNA sequences. Isolates in this study and type material (HAL 1430) are shown in bold. The RAxML bootstrap support values (MLBS)>50% and Bayesian posterior probabilities (BPP)>0.90 are given at the nodes (MLBS/ BPP). Some branches were shortened to fit them to the page, and these are indicated by two diagonal lines with the number of times a branch was shortened indicated next to the lines.
