Russagh Motte Castle (WM006-015---)
Late 12th/early 13th century Russagh (An Rosach/wood of the horses) motte-castle in County Westmeath also known locally as the 'Moat of Russagh' stands on low-lying poorly drained pasture-land with Russagh church site (WM006-062----) and graveyard (WM006-062001-) 70m to the south-east. Impressive motte consisting of a steep sided flat topped mound (top diam. 22m N-S; base diam. 35m N-S), the base of which is enclosed by a shallow fosse which is waterlogged on the northern side. The townland and parish of Russagh stands in the barony of Moygoish (Uí Mhac gCuais). In the late 12th/early 13th century during the Anglo-Norman or English conquest of this region a flat-topped mound was constructed on top of which was erected a timber-castle known as a Bretesche (Brittas). These earth and timber castles were replaced by stone castles in the 13th century. Kolo - Castle Ruins - XIVc
Koło Castle - a Gothic castle, which according to Jan Długosz was raised by Casimir III the Great before the year of 1362 (when Koło received its town rights). The castle secured the route from Greater Poland to Łęczyca, in the lowlands of the River Warta. The castle is located on an artificial hill on a meander of the River Warta. During the raising of the castle, the river had a number of tributaries in the area, which were important for the castle's strategic location. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
Hrad Pernštejn (Pernstejn Castle) - HQ+
Pernštejn Castle (Czech: hrad Pernštejn) is a castle on a rock above the village of Nedvědice and the rivers Svratka and Nedvědička, some 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Brno, in the South Moravian Region, Czech Republic. Pernštejn came to be known as the marble castle because of the marble-like stone used to frame the doors and windows. It was founded by the Lords of Medlov probably between 1270–1285. The family branch seated at the castle and adopted the then fashionable name Pernštejn, which is the Czech version probably derived of the German name, Bärenstein – the "Bear Rock". Its history is closely connected to the Lords of Pernštejn (Pernštejnové) and their descendants. It has kept its intact appearance in the Gothic and Renaissance form as it was finished in the first half of the 16th century by the Pernštejns, then the richest and most powerful lordly family of the Czech kingdom. Pernštejn is one of the best preserved castles in Czech Republic. Location: goo.gl/maps/eCW9Xgdim1hVPtSz9 Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab

Castle Hill, Kirriemuir
Drone survey taken of Castle Hill, Meams, Angus This small fortification is situated on the precipitous ridge of outcrop that makes up the summit of Castle Hill to the WNW of Meams farm. No dimensions for the interior have been recorded, but it comprises a small inner enclosure on the very summit, which is girt with cliffs along its SSE and NNW flanks, with outlying ramparts across the spine of the ridge to block access from the ENE and WSW. Leaving aside the small inner enclosure, the interior of the fort measures about 20m in breadth and probably extends for a distance of about 90m WSW from where the upper surface of the ridge comes to a narrow point on the ENE (1.7ha). The defences at the WSW end comprise two ramparts some 14m apart, the inner of which forms a stony scarp from 1m to 3m high. The entrance is on the SW. Several small pens have been built into the rubble of the inner wall. Information from An Atlas of Hillforts of Great Britain and Ireland Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab

Ormond Castle, Avoch (High resolution model)
**(High resolution model, which may take some time to load and may not be suitable for portable devices)** Following a site survey in March 2016 carried out by members of Avoch Community Archaeology (ACA) and the North of Scotland Archaeological Society (NOSAS), this 3d model of Ormond Hill has been produced. Many hitherto unknown features were recorded, adding to our knowledge of the site, which is far more complex than Beaton's plan of 1885 might suggest. Further investigation/excavation is planned. https://canmore.org.uk/site/13572/ormond-castle (Special thanks to Alan Thompson of NOSAS for permitting the use of his photographs in creating the model.) Stafford Castle
A scan of Stafford Castle in Stafford, Staffordshire, UK. Create using a youtube drone flight video and 120 images sampled from the video. Stafford Castle is an ancient Grade II listed castle situated two miles west of the town of Stafford in Staffordshire, England. From the time of the Norman Conquest and as recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086 it was the seat of the powerful Anglo-Norman Stafford family (originally de Tosny, later via a female line de Stafford), feudal barons of Stafford, later Barons Stafford (1299) by writ, Earls of Stafford (1351) and Dukes of Buckingham (1444). The 14th-century stone keep was demolished in 1643, during the Civil War, having been held for the Royalists by Lady Isabel Stafford.[2] The castle was remodeled in the early 19th century by the Jerningham family in the Gothic Revival style, on the foundations of the medieval structure, and incorporates much of the original stonework.
