Prison Interior (A) Picón (Ciudad Real, Spain)
This model shows one of two prison cells of the town of Picón (Ciudad Real, Spain). Its construction dates from the 16th century, and it is one of the few examples that are preserved in the La Mancha region. This model was created from 16 scans from a FARO Focus X330 laser scanner. These data were aligned and exported in FARO SCENE and the meshing and final processing was in Meshlab and XNormal. The data for this project were collected in 2017 as a joint effort between the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), the Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) and CVAST at the University of South Florida (USF) under the legal permission of Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha (Expte. 16.0834-P1. Sistema de documentación 3D del Patrimonio Cultural de Castilla-La Mancha). The project is now managed by UCLM and Global Digital Heritage (GDH). Diseño de una Situación de Aprendizaje sobre movilidad sostenible: Ciudad Real Habitable
<p>Contemplada como meta 11.2 de los ODS, la movilidad sostenible es uno de los grandes retos que debemos afrontar para la transición ecológica y el cambio de rumbo en nuestro modelo de desarrollo. Se trata de un problema estructural pues, según datos de la Agencia Europea de Medio Ambiente, si bien el conjunto de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero se han reducido desde 1990, en cambio las relativas al sector del transporte y la movilidad se han incrementado ligeramente, representando en la actualidad una cuarta parte del total de emisiones de la Unión Europea. No obstante, una gran parte de estas emisiones se asocian a los vehículos privados. Esto sugiere que estamos, sobre todo, ante una cuestión de tipo cultural (la cultura del vehículo privado), haciendo de la movilidad sostenible una temática idónea para el trabajo en las aulas. En este sentido, la situación de aprendizaje se encamina hacia la concienciación del alumnado sobre las grandes implicaciones (sociales, económicas, ambientales, culturales, urbanísticas, de salud pública, etc.) que la movilidad, y en especial el uso masivo del coche como medio de transporte, tienen sobre nuestras sociedades modernas. Para ello se proponen una serie de actividades que tratan este aspecto desde un punto de vista holístico y centrado en la realidad local de Ciudad Real. El objetivo final es promover una actitud de responsabilidad ecosocial por parte del alumnado en la toma de decisiones sobre su movilidad cotidiana.</p>
