Figure 2 in Effectiveness of protected areas for jaguars: the case of the Taiamã Ecological Station in Brazil
Figure 2. Variogram of the resident (A) and non-residents jaguars (B) at the Taiamã Ecological Station, Cáceres, Mato Grosso, Brazil, monitored by GPS collar from October 2013 to April 2016. The red line represents the fitted model, and the red shading represents the 95% CI. (B) The non-resident jaguar M1. Note the lack of a clear asymptote despite the fact that the animal was monitored for a long period (591 days). This lack of asymptote indicates that this animal is not a range resident. For both A and B, the fraction of the variogram displayed is 65% of the duration of each dataset.

Jaguar head
This model combines the metric accuracy of a scanner (Go!Scan 50) with 0.50 mm accuracy, and high-resolution images to generate an accurate model from both metric and photographic perspectives. Agisoft Metashape software was selected to build the photogrammetric model. Photographs were taken with a Nikon D7000 camera (16.2 megapixels) with a prime 100 mm lens (equivalent to 150 mm due to the crop factor). Lighting was performed with two bi-colour LED panels with a colour rendering index of CRI=95. A total of 55 shots were taken distributed in three circles covering the entire figure. The photographs are processed to obtain images with corrected colour and the maximum resolution and the colour profile generated for the photographic session. CloudCompare open source software was applied for scaling and registration of the meshes. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
