MINI-AC motif mappings of Arabidopsis and maize

MINI-AC motif mappings of Arabidopsis and maize.

For each species, there are the genome-wide motif mappings and the locus-based motif mappings using a non-coding genomic space of 5kb upstream of the translation start site, introns, and 1kb downstream of the translation end site.

In version 2 I added, for the locus-based on maize (Zea mays), the motif mappings using the non-coding genomic spaces of: (1) 1kb upstream of the translation start site, introns, and 1kb downstream of the translation end site and (2) 15kb upstream of the translation start site, introns, and 2.5kb downstream of the translation end site.

In version 2.5 I added the bed files with the coordinates of the small (1kb upstream of the translation start site, the 1kb downstream of the translation end site, and the introns) and large (15kb upstream of the translation start site, the 2.5kb downstream of the translation end site, and the introns) non-coding genomic spaces.

In version 3 I added for maize genome version 5 (B73 RefGen_v5), the bed files with the motif mappings using the non-coding genomic spaces of: (1) 1kb upstream of the translation start site, introns, and 1kb downstream of the translation end site and (2) 5kb upstream of the translation start site, introns, and 1kb downstream of the translation end site, and (3) 15kb upstream of the translation start site, introns, and 2.5kb downstream of the translation end site. Additionally, I added the bed files with the coordinates of the small (1kb upstream of the translation start site, the 1kb downstream of the translation end site, and the introns) and large (15kb upstream of the translation start site, the 2.5kb downstream of the translation end site, and the introns) non-coding genomic spaces.

CSASN Well and Mini-piezomenter Samples
The Changing Seasonality of Arctic Stream Systems (CSASN) was active from 2010 to 2012. The CSASN goal was to quantify the relative influences of through flow, lateral inputs, and hyporheic regeneration on the seasonal fluxes C, N, and P in an arctic river network, and to determine how these influences might shift under seasonal conditions that are likely to be substantially different in the future. During the project, well and mini-piezometer samples were collected from various depths near stream channels and analyzed for a variety of nutrients.

Experimental Investigation of the Bubble Size Distribution in a Mini Plant Batch Bubble Column With Variation of Gas Flux, Bubble Column Height and Composition of the Liquid Phase

This data set contains bubble size distributions (BSD) measured in a dN = 100 mm mini-plant batch bubble column. The BSD were measured using the optical multimode online probe. The liquid holdup, the feed gas volume flow rate/flux, the composition of the liquid phase (water or aqueous solutions of NaCl, EtOH, glycerol or Na2SO3) and the measuring position in the bubble column were varied.

SSH CENTRE - Mini-reports: Focus groups on "100 Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities by 2030"

SSH CENTRE (Social Sciences and Humanities for Climate, Energy aNd Transport Research Excellence) is a Horizon Europe project, engaging directly with stakeholders across research, policy, and business (including citizens) to strengthen social innovation, SSH-STEM collaboration, transdisciplinary policy advice, inclusive engagement, and SSH communities across Europe, accelerating the EU's transition to carbon neutrality.

SSH CENTRE is based in a range of activities related to Open Science, inclusivity and diversity – especially with regards Southern and Eastern Europe and different career stages – including: development of novel SSH-STEM collaborations to facilitate the delivery of the EU Green Deal; SSH knowledge brokerage to support regions in transition; and the effective design of strategies for citizen engagement in EU R&I activities. Outputs include action-led agendas and building stakeholder synergies through regular Policy Insight events.

This is captured in a high-profile virtual SSH CENTRE generating and sharing best practice for SSH policy advice, overcoming fragmentation to accelerate the EU's journey to a sustainable future.

The aim of the focus groups was to gather citizen's perspectives, their hopes, concerns and ideas related to the Horizon Mission of Adaptation to Climate Change: support at least 150 European regions and communities to become climate resilient by 2030. The focus group discussion topics while remaining close to the Mission, avoid specific technical references to allow citizens to contribute based on their differing levels of understanding. As part of the SSH CENTRE project, in total, four focus group series will be conducted relating to Adaptation to Climate Change; Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030; 100 Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities by 2030; A Soil Deal for Europe.

Notes were taken during each focus groups and turned into mini-reports. These mini-reports sum up the essence of the discussion: the participants' main ideas and some interesting quotes.

Mini Skyphos Cup
This small skyphos cup ([GR.54.1865](https://data.fitzmuseum.cam.ac.uk/id/object/65806)) was found at a classical cemetery at Kranioi in Cephalonia, a Greek Island near Corinth, Greece and dates from 500 B.C. — 401 B.C. A skyphos is a deep-bowled drinking vessel with a low foot and two short handles, and these minature versions are found in Corinthian pottery production during this period. These cups are often found at sanctuaries, suggesting their use as votive offerings throughout the region. This 3D model was made as part of the [#CEEF3D project ](http://creative-economy.fitzmuseum.cam.ac.uk/) at the Fitzwilliam Museum, in connection to [Being an Islander: Art and Identity of the large Mediterranean Islands](http://www.fitzmuseum.cam.ac.uk/being-islander-art-and-identity-large-mediterranean-islands).
