FIGURE S1 in New Ocnerodrilidae genera, species and records from Brazil (Annelida: Crassiclitellata)
FIGURE S1. The top line contains data for each column below: the number of putative MOTUS with their respective ASAP scores as follows: (MOTU count/ score), while the second line shows the rank of the column according to its score. We chose the 4th column from the left, with 25 MOTUs and a score of 4, ranked 2nd. Numbers within the color blocks in each column are the number of samples grouped into a MOTU, when N>1. Taxon names include all those newly described species for which we had DNA data, plus many unnamed species for which we had insufficient morphological data for inclusion in this paper, and some previously-known species included for validation of the distances among new species and others.
