Leveraging Multi-Agent Systems and Decentralised Autonomous Organisations for Tax Credit Tracking: A Case Study of the Superbonus 110% in Italy

<p>The present dataset was obtained as output of the simulation of Secure Fiscal Credit Model (SCFM) demonstrator. The software, inspectable at the link in the repository url, allows to simulate the workflow and payments involved in the execution of Italian Superbonus 110% fiscal credits model. Two different Scenarios were tested, parameters are reported in the following table.</p> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td>&nbsp;</td> <td><strong>GC payment</strong></td> <td><strong>Tech Asseveration</strong></td> <td><strong>Open</strong></td> <td><strong>Anticipation</strong></td> <td><strong>SAL1</strong></td> <td><strong>SAL2</strong></td> <td><strong>EOW</strong></td> <td><strong>Tech fee</strong></td> </tr> <tr> <td><strong>Scenario 1</strong></td> <td>50%</td> <td>50%</td> <td>10%</td> <td>10%</td> <td>30%</td> <td>40%</td> <td>10%</td> <td>15%</td> </tr> <tr> <td><strong>Scenario 2</strong></td> <td>25%</td> <td>25%</td> <td>10%</td> <td>10%</td> <td>30%</td> <td>40%</td> <td>10%</td> <td>15%</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>File named with S1 prefix refer to Scenario 1, while those with S2 prefix refer to Scenario 2.</p>

Taxing reproduction: The full transfer cost of rearing children in Europe

<p>What are the intergenerational resource transfer contributions of parents and non-parents in Europe? Using National Transfer Accounts and National Time Transfer Accounts for twelve countries around 2010, we go beyond public transfers (net taxes) to also value two statistically much less visible transfer types in the family realm: of market goods (money) and of unpaid household labour (time). Non-parents contribute almost exclusively to public transfers. But parents additionally provide still larger private transfers: mothers mainly time, fathers mainly money. Estimating transfer stocks over the working life, the average parental/non-parental contribution ratio flips from 0.73 (public transfers alone) to 2.66 (all three transfers combined). The tax rates implicitly imposed thereby on rearing children are multiples of the value-added tax rates in place on consumption goods. The magnitude of these invisible transfer asymmetries carries multiple implications for policy debates. For instance, it raises the question whether European societies unwittingly tax their own reproduction too heavily.</p>

TAX PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT: IMPERATIVES OF TAXPAYERS' INCENTIVES

<p>Understanding what is tax planning is one of the most important aspects of financial<br>planning. It is a practice where one analyzes his financial situation based on tax efficiency<br>point of view so as to invest and utilize their sources optimally. Tax planning means<br>reduction of tax liability by the way of exemptions, deductions and benefits.<br>Tax planning is the process of analyzing a financial plan or a situation from a tax<br>perspective. The objective of tax planning is to make sure there is tax efficiency. With the<br>help of tax planning, one can ensure that all elements of a financial plan can function<br>together with maximum tax-efficiency. Tax planning is a significant component of a<br>financial plan. Reducing tax liability and increasing the ability to make contributions<br>towards retirement plans are critical for success.<br>Tax planning comprises various considerations. Considerations such as size, the timing of<br>income, timing of purchases, and planning are concerned with other kinds of expenditures.<br>Also, the chosen investments and the various retirement plans should go hand-in-hand<br>with the tax filing status as well as the deductions in order to create the best possible<br>outcome.<br>Taxes can eat into your annual earnings. To counter this, tax planning is a legitimate way of<br>reducing your tax liabilities in any given financial year. It helps you utilize the tax<br>exemptions, deductions, and benefits offered by the authorities in the best possible way to<br>minimize your liability.</p>

Business power against redistribution – the case of watered-down tax reform in Poland (csv. dataset)

<p>For our research purpose we compile a dataset of press articles, concerning the tax reform, published between May 15th, 2021 and October 1st, 2021 &ndash; namely, between the day of the announcement of the &ldquo;Polish Deal&rdquo; and the day when the final legal act with changes favourable for the high income self-employed was passed by the Sejm. We consider articles from the three most opinion-forming Polish newspapers &ndash; Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Wyborcza and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna &ndash; according to the ranking prepared by the Institute of Media Monitoring for 2021. The ranking is prepared based on the number of citations of articles/statements of one medium by other media. Therefore, it may be interpreted as a measure of the impact of a given medium on the public debate.</p> <p>We study the electronic versions of the paper editions and include in the dataset all the articles that somehow concerned the tax reform. Additionally, we have separately distilled all the comments of external experts used in the articles &ndash; usually short (1-5 sentences) statements. The initial dataset consisted of 359 articles and 378 comments.</p>

FIGURE 133 in Studies on Neotropical Phasmatodea XXVI: Taxonomic review of Cladomorformia tax. n., a lineage of Diapheromerinae stick insects, with the descriptions of seven new genera and 41 new species (Phasmatodea: Occidophasmata: Diapheromerinae)

FIGURE 133. Phylogenetic trees showing the most recent result concerning the subfamily Diapheromerinae based on molecular data. Both trees are simplified with root lengths and support values ignored and showing only the section that includes the taxa of the subfamily Diapheromerinae. Names of taxa are updated and corrected according to the taxonomic changes conducted in the present study. Trees were generated with iTool v6 (https://itol.embl.de) based on the original files in newick format. Cladomorformia tax. n. is highlighted in green with the arrow indicating the corresponding node. The genus Calynda is marked by an orange star because it is here included in Cladomorformia based on morphological traits, which is in contradiction to the here shown molecular results. A. according to Bank &amp; Bradler (2022, additional file 2, File S1), modified (Remarks: *Paraphanocles sp. (Trinidad) is apparently misidentified and not a member of Paraphanocles (= Phanocles); **Paraclynda picta (Bruinner v. Wattenwyl, 1907) and Paracalynda utilaensis Zompro, 2001 are undoubtedly congeneric, thus the result postulated in the tree is implausible); B. according to Forni et al. (2022, Supplementary figure 1), modified (Remark: ***Alienobostra remiformis (Rehn, 1904) appears twice in the tree with the position as sister to Phantasca quadrilobata (Chopard, 1911) implausible; "Bacteriformia" is split into three different lineages, which is in contradiction to the tree of Bank &amp; Bradler (2022) shown in A, which in this aspect is considered more relieable and plausible).
