Fully reversible magnetoelectric voltage controlled THz polarization rotation in magnetostrictive spintronic emitters on PMN-PT

The files include experimental data to demonstrate magneto-electric control of terahertz polarization of spintronic emitters. The files called "Vertical E-field amplitude" and "Horizontal E-field amplitude" describe the terahertz wave rotation for orthogonal polarizations measured for different values of applied voltage. The files "E-field peak rotation" show the control of polarization at the peak of the terahertz signal and differs by magnetic field bias (A/m). The measurement of the strain creating the magnetoelestic anisotropy can be found in the file "pmn-pt-strain". Files "Hysteresis - STEmulti-PMN-PT" contain magneto-hysteresis loops for easy (EA) and hard axis (HA).

Development of standardized definitions for Combined and Composite High Voltage Tests

Driven by the increasing demands on traceable measurement systems and calibration services, being able to fully cover the required needs, a large number of NMIs have put a great effort on the development of standardized wave shapes definitions, low voltage calibrators, measuring instruments and software for combined and composite high voltage tests. The European Metrology Programme for Innovation and Research (EMPIR) supports this work through the normative Joint Research Project 19NRM07 HV-com², which started in 2020 and has received funding from the EMPIR co-financed by the Participating States and from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program.

Hippocampal CA1 pyramidal cell membrane voltage recorded in response to noise stimuli at two temperatures.

Electrophysiological recording of the membrane voltage (whole-cell patch-clamp) of three hippocampal CA1 pyramidal cells. Cells are stimulated with a current step chosen to ensure a firing rate around 5-10Hz (amplitude of the current step is given in the filenames) and a noise stimulus with zero mean (Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process with 4ms timescale). Each CSV file contains three columns, the timepoints (saved at 10000Hz), the noise stimulus, and the voltage trace recorded in response to the given noise stimulus. Voltages are recorded at low temperatures (around 32 degrees Celsius) and at high temperatures (around 37 degrees Celsius for cell 1, around 40 degrees Celsius for cells 2 and 3), exact temperatures are given in the filenames. The file metadata.csv contains additional information.

Current-voltage characteristics of Si/SnO/Ag NPs/ZnO photodetectors

The text files contain data on the current-voltage characteristics of photodetectors based on a silicon substrate, tin oxide (SnO), silver nanoparticles (NPs), and Zinc Oxide (ZnO). The bottom electrode of the device was aluminum, and the top contact was tin indium oxide (ITO). NPs were grown using Ion Beam Sputter Deposition (IBSD). There were five samples measured with different NPs growth times: 10 s, 20 s, 40 s, 80 s, and 160 s, which corresponds to the sizes of the NPs from 37 nm to 69 nm.
