<p>This file contains supporting data for the manuscript "A one-year-long evaluation of a wind-farm parameterisation in HARMONIE-AROME" by van Stratum et al. 2022 in JAMES. </p> <p>- model_output: contains NetCDF files with HARMONIE-AROME for specific columns for the lidar locations, only for the WIPAFF flight comparison the full 3D hourly fields are given for one day. Files containing "DOWA_40h12tg2_fERA5_ptE" are the reference simulations and files containing "DOWA_40h12tg2_fERA5_WF2019_fix" are output from the wind farm parameterisation simulations. <br> - input_HARMONIE_WFP: contains the input files used for the wind farm parameterisation, where wind_turbine_coordinates.tab contains the locations of all wind turbines and the turbine type, and wind_turbine_0XX.tab the cp/ct curves, radius and hub height for each turbine type. </p> <p>The measurements used in the manuscript are from various external sources and should be downloaded separately.</p>
HARMONIOUS Sele River UAS Sample Data
<p>This dataset has been produced during a field campaign along the Sele River, Italy during 22-23 March 2022 within the framework of the <a href="http://www.costharmonious.eu">HARMONIOUS COST Action</a></p> <p>The area interest has a size of ~0.27 hectares. </p> <p>The dataset consists of two main data types:</p> <ol> <li>Thermal Infrared mosaic</li> <li>Multispectral mosaic</li> </ol> <p>The data acquisition was performed using a DJI Matrice M210 UAS and two main sensor systems:</p> <ol> <li>Zenmuse XT2 radiometric</li> <li>MicaSense RedEdge-MX Dual system</li> </ol> <p>The raw data were processed using Pix4D Mapper. <p>This is a list of 4,024 di- and tri-syllabic stem-based ideophonic reduplicatives (e.g., <em>culəŋ-culəŋ</em> ‘in clusters’, <em>ucik’ɨn-ucik’ɨn</em> ‘with a snap, crackling’), as a core of the ideophonic lexicon, extracted from a written corpus of 29,015 Korean ideophones (http://www.hangeul.pe.kr/symbol/words.htm). </p>

Harmony Point Chinstrap penguin GPS and Time-Depth-Recorder processed data
<p>Tracking data from Chinstrap Penguins (<em>Pygoscelis antarcticus</em>) tracked with axy-trek marine loggers in Harmony Point (Nelson Island, Maritime Antarctic Peninsula) in the breeding seasons of 2019/20 and 2021/22.</p> <p>The zip file is composed of two folders containing outputs from the R script named "GPS_TDR_processing.R", which process raw data from Axy-trek marine loggers producing 3 outputs that are within each of the folders. The outputs are: (1) 5-min resampled foraging trips (with trip ID identified), (2) dive statistics and (3) foraging trip summaries.</p> <p> </p> <p>Each file is named as the TagID, type of data (GPS or TDR), period (IB for late incubation / brooding - from late december to early january; CR for Chick-Rearing, from early to mid January) and season (2019/20 as 19 and 2021/22 as 21).</p> <p> </p> <p>GPS data is composed of the fields: Date (YYYY-mm-dd HH:MM:SS), distances, trip number and geographical coordinates in "+proj=longlat +datum=WGS84 +no_defs".</p> <p>TDR data is composed of outputs from dive statistics summarized using the "diveMove" R package. </p>
