<p>This is a public deliverable of One Health EJP Joint Research Project,<strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>Integrative Action-2.2,</em></strong> <strong>OH-HARMONY-CAP: </strong>One Health Harmonisation of Protocols for the Detection of Foodborne Pathogens and AMR Determinants. <a href="https://onehealthejp.eu/jip-oh-harmony-cap/"><strong>https://onehealthejp.eu/jip-oh-harmony-cap/</strong></a></p> <p>The purpose is to develop an integrated One Health map (OHLabCap ) of the levels of system capability/capacity/interoperability for each of the EU MS that is repeatable and sustainable. The first step is to develop of a pilot survey, targeting NRLs and the primary diagnostic services (primary sector). The pilot survey covers: 1. six priority bacteria and ten priority parasites have been chosen, as model organisms, together with the antimicrobial resistance (AMR) testing of <em>Salmonella</em> and <em>Campylobacter</em>. 2. 63 questions incorporating capability, capacity, and interoperability</p>

JAAH: Audio-aligned jazz harmony dataset
<p>The dataset consists of annotations of 113 tracks selected from “The Smithsonian Collection of Classic Jazz” and “Jazz: The Smithsonian Anthology,” covering a range of performers, subgenres, and historical periods. Datasets for validating Harmony
<p>Harmony is a data harmonisation project that uses Natural Language Processing to help researchers make better use of existing data from different studies by supporting them with the harmonisation of various measures and items used in different studies. Harmony is a collaboration project between the University of Ulster, University College London, the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria in Brazil, and Fast Data Science Ltd.</p> <p>You can read more at <a href="https://harmonydata.org/">https://harmonydata.org</a>.</p> <p>There is a live demo at: <a href="https://app.harmonydata.org/">https://app.harmonydata.org/</a></p> <p>These are the datasets used to validate Harmony. Implementation of an adaptive bias-aware extended Kalman filter for sea-ice data assimilation in the HARMONIE-AROME numerical weather prediction system: numerical experiments
<p>This data set provides the post-processed output of the numerical experiments performed to assess the possible effects of applying sea ice data assimilation within the surface analysis procedure of the HARMONIE-AROME NWP system. Results of five numerical experiments are provided:</p> <ul> <li>HA-REF – reference experiment <em>without</em> sea ice data assimilation applied, and with blending for upper-air initialization</li> <li>HA-EKF – sensitivity experiment with sea ice data assimilation applied, and with blending for upper-air initialization</li> <li>3DVAR-REF – reference experiment <em>without</em> sea ice data assimilation applied, and with 3DVAR for the upper-air analysis</li> <li>3DVAR-EKF – sensitivity experiment with sea ice data assimilation applied, and with 3DVAR for the upper-air analysis</li> <li>3DVAR-EKF-TS – sensitivity experiment with sea ice data assimilation, and with 3DVAR for the upper-air analysis using coupled surface and atmospheric data assimilation procedures</li> </ul> <p>For the HA-REF and HA-EKF experiments a subset of the gridded model output is provided; for the 3DVAR-REF, 3DVAR-EKF and 3DVAR-EKF-TS experiments a subset of the gridded model output and model data extracted at the positions of the SYNOP and TEMP stations within the model domain are provided. Additionally, in-situ observations, covering the same time period as the 3DVAR-REF, 3DVAR-EKF, 3DVAR-EKF-TS experiments, are provided.</p>
