The uploaded data also include all analysed STEAM data results with visualised MR spectra and fitted values of PCr and Pi, used for Pi/PCr calculation.</p>

<p>SILICOFCM HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy)&nbsp;baseline bi-ventricle geometry 3D reconstructed from medical imaging&nbsp;(STL files). Effects of severe anthropogenic disturbance on the heart rate and body temperature in free-living greylag geese (Anser anser)

<p>Anthropogenic disturbances are a major concern for the welfare and conservation of wildlife. We recorded heart rate and body temperature of 20 free-living greylag geese in response to a major regularly re-occurring anthropogenic disturbance, New Year&rsquo;s Eve fireworks. Heart rate and body temperature were significantly higher in the first and second hour of the new year, compared to the same hour on the 31<sup>st</sup> of December, the average during December and the average during January. Heart rate and body temperature was not significantly affected by sex or age. From 0200-0300 onwards, 1<sup>st</sup> of January heart rates did not significantly differ from the other periods, however body temperatures were significantly increased until 0300-0400. From 0400-0500, heart rate was not affected by any of the investigated factors, whereas body temperature was significantly increased on the 1<sup>st</sup> of January compared 31<sup>st</sup> of December and the December average but not compared to the January average. To conclude, our results show that New Year&rsquo;s Eve fireworks cause a substantial physiological response, indicative of a stress response in greylag geese, which is costly in terms of energy expenditure.</p>

The Poor Old Heart of the Milky Way

<p>This is the supplementary dataset to <a href="https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2022arXiv220902722R/abstract">Rix et al. (2022)</a>, containing Gaia DR3 XP-derived parameters for over one million stars towards the Galactic center.</p> <p>xp_gc_mh.csv contains XGBOOST-inferred temperatures, surface gravities, and metallicities for 1.5 million stars.&nbsp;</p> <p>xp_gc_kinematics.csv contains Galactocentric coordinates, actions, and basic orbital parameters for the subset of 1.2 million stars with Gaia DR3 radial velocities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

Gene interaction networks from donor and failing heart gene expression

<p>These are the gene-gene interaction networks obtained from gene expression microarray data&nbsp;in the paper &quot;Pathologic gene network rewiring implicates PPP1R3A as a central cardioprotective factor in pressure overload heart failure&quot; by Cordero, Parikh, et al. The dataset contains the following items:</p> <p>*&nbsp;networks.zip: Compressed&nbsp;weighted matrices, in numpy format,&nbsp;for various methods in heart failure and donor cohorts, which are in the file name (ARACNE, JGL [Joint Graphical Lasso], Z-score, Pearson correlation, CLR [Context Likelihood of Relatedness])</p> <p>* wgcna.zip: Compressed weighted matrices, in numpy format, for WGCNA. These are the networks used in the paper.</p> <p>* network_gene_names.txt: Gene names for rows and columns of the gene networks in networks.zip</p> <p>* wgcna</p> <p>Construction of the networks were done as follows for each method:</p> <p>* For Pearson, Z-score, and CLR, we simply computed each relevant statistic in a pairwise manner, no thresholds were applied.</p> <p>* For ARACNE, we performed 500 bootstrapped iterations and searched the MI cutoff automatically using default parameters.</p> <p>* For JGL we performed an Akaike Information Criteria guided model selection by scanning the sparsity and group difference L1 penalty strengths.</p>
