Supplementary data to "High-Resolution Raman Imaging of >300 Patient-Derived Cells from Nine Different Leukemia Subtypes: A Global Clustering Approach"
<p>Compressed ".feather" files including the entire dataset of 319 Raman maps of the same number of cells from 19 patients affected by nine distinct leukemia subtypes.<br>Raw data have been pre-processed as follows using custom software (LabVIEW, National Instruments Corp., TX): a) cosmic rays removal by singular value decomposition (SVD); b) camera offset subtraction; c) CCD response correction (intensity and etaloning) using a tungsten halogen light with known emission (Avalight-HAL, Avantes BV, NL)); d) wavenumber calibration using the zero-wavenumber laser line, toluene and argon-mercury emission (CAL-2000, Ocean Optics, Germany); e) denoising by SVD.<br>More details in the open access published article and supplementary material (10.1021/acs.analchem.4c00787).</p>
GOIMAI DataSet-Phase-I of high-resolution macroscopic images for the identification of wood species
<p>GOIMAI Phase I is a wood species dataset obtained through magnifying lenses. Transwell-Based Microfluidic Platform for High-Resolution Imaging of Airway Tissues
<div> <div> <div> <div> <p>This dataset contains original data collected during our study on the development and characterization of a transwell-based microfluidic platform designed for high-resolution imaging of airway tissues. It includes quantitative measurements of various features of live airway epithelium tissues, such as Trans-Epithelial Electrical Resistance (TEER), Cilia Beating Frequency (CBF), LDH Release (a cytotoxicity assay), tissue thickness, and cell number. Additionally, the dataset provides results from computational simulations modeling the shear stress in the microchannel generated by perfusion.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div>

Dataset of High-Resolution Micro-CT Imaging of Tumor Invasion and Metastasis in a Murine Esophageal Cancer PDX Model
<p>This dataset features high-resolution micro-CT imaging data capturing the progression of tumor invasion and metastasis in an orthotopic patient-derived xenograft (PDX) model of esophageal cancer. Using contrast-enhanced micro-CT, we visualized detailed patterns of tumor invasion, including budding, multicellular streaming, and expansive growth, across multiple abdominal organs such as the stomach, pancreas, liver, and spleen. The dataset includes two specimens, highlighting both the primary tumor site and extensive metastases throughout the abdominal cavity. Our imaging preserved the native tissue architecture, providing a unique three-dimensional view of tumor-host interactions. This collection offers valuable insights for researchers studying the dynamics of esophageal cancer invasion and metastasis. Detailed descriptions of the micro-CT scanning parameters, image analysis, and sample preparation are provided within the dataset archive.</p>

High-resolution neutron imaging: a new approach to characterize water in anodic aluminum oxides_data
<p>In this document, we share the raw data related to the Al oxides and hydroxide reference samples collected for the manuscript entitled "High-resolution neutron imaging: a new approach to characterize water in anodic aluminum oxides". More specifically, the following data can be found:</p> <ul> <li>high-resolution neutron imaging raw data for Al oxides (C-sapphire, Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> sintered, Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> plasma sprayed and Anodisc 13 membrane) and hydroxide (Al(OH)<sub>3</sub> gibbsite)</li> <li>the corresponding XRD diffractograms.</li> </ul>
Data from: Wear, tear and systematic repair: testing models of growth dynamics in conodonts with high-resolution imaging
Conodont elements are the earliest mineralised vertebrate dental tools and the only ones capable of extensive repair. Two models of conodont growth, as well as the presence of a larval stage, have been hypothesised. We analysed normally and pathologically developed elements to test these hypotheses and identified three ontogenetic stages characterised by different anisometric growth and morphology. The distinction of these stages is independently corroborated by differences in tissue strontium content. The onset of the last stage is marked by the appearance of wear resulting from mechanical food digestion. At least five episodes of damage and repair could be identified in the normally developed specimen. In the pathological element, function was compromised by development of abnormal denticles. This development can be reconstructed as addition of new growth centres out of the main growth axis during an episode of renewed growth. Our findings support the model of periodic retraction of elements and addition of new growth centres. Changes in strontium content coincident with distinct morphology and lack of wear in the early life stage indicate that conodonts might have assumed their mature feeding habit of predators or scavengers after an initial larval stage characterised by a different feeding mode.

In this 2.0 version update, we have added UAV imagery and interpreted data for loess landslides triggered by the December 2023 M6.2 earthquake in Gansu, China, with a resolution of 0.1 m. Due to authorization constraints, we can only provide PNG files without geographic coordinates. Additionally, this update includes PlanetScope imagery of landslides induced by heavy rainfall in Guangdong, China, in 2024, as well as PlanetScope imagery and landslide labels for events triggered by the Hualien earthquake in Taiwan.<br><br>Please note that this landslide dataset is publicly available exclusively for scientific research purposes and must not be used for commercial purposes.</p>
High-resolution X-ray computed tomography images of Bentheim sandstone under elevated stress
<p>A dry sample of Bentheim (or Bentheimer) sandstone was characterized using 3D X-Ray microscopy (Versa XRM-500, XRadia-Zeiss) at three different confining pressures of 1 MPa, 20 MPa, and 30 MPa and two voxel sizes of (1.5854 µm)<sup>3</sup> and (3.3452 µm)<sup>3</sup>. The 5-mm-diameter, 20-mm-long dry sample was placed inside a custom-made pressure sell (Lebedev et al, 2017). The sample was subjected to confining pressure of 20 MPa and 3200 radiographs were acquired, then confining pressure was reduced to 1MPa and the sample was imaged again, finally, the sample was pressurized up to 30MPa and the final image set was taken. Image reconstruction was done using internal software (XRadia-Zeiss).</p>

<p>The package includes the data used in Figures 1 to 6 in the paper “High-Resolution Sporadic E Layer Observation Based on Ionosonde using a Cross-Spectrum Analysis Imaging Technique".</p> <p>Since the raw data of the ionosonde is quite large and difficult to upload, the echo data of the Es layer after high-resolution imaging processing is packed together and uploaded here.</p> <p>All data can be imported and viewed directly by MATLAB with the function of "imagesc".</p> <p>Due to internal delay, the actual range should be obtained by subtracting 5 range bins.</p>

High-resolution structural and functional retinal imaging in the awake behaving mouse
<p>Source data presented in Communications Biology paper Feng et al. 2023 – ‘High-resolution structural and functional retinal imaging in the awake behaving mouse’. Complete processed data presented in Figures 2 and 3 are uploaded along with the raw simultaneously recorded rotary encoder data. Raw SLO video data of only one animal is provided due to the large size. All raw OCT and AOSLO images presented in Figures 4,6-10 are included.
