The architecture of Cidec-mediated interfaces between lipid droplets
<p>We study the dynamics of lipid droplet growth mediated by CIDEC. We utilised confocal live fluorescent microscopy in Hela cells conditionally overexpressed untagged, SUMOStar- or EGFP-tagged CIDEC WT for this purpose. The dataset uploaded here are raw confocal live cell imaging data that was analysed and published in 'Ganeva I, Lim K, Boulanger J, Hoffmann PC, Muriel O, Borgeaud AC, Hagen WJH, Savage DB, Kukulski, W. The architecture of Cidec-mediated interfaces between lipid droplets. Cell Reports. 2023, in press.'</p>
