AraHealth: A Dataset for Arabic Health-Related Advice Directed to the General Public on Twitter During the Early Spread of COVID-19 [Dataset]

<p>Health-related advice directed to the general public on Twitter provides insight into the use of social media during health emergencies. This paper describes our data collection, sampling, and analysis of 24 million tweets in Arabic in March and early April 2020. We make reference to a parallel dataset and analysis of tweets in English during the same period. The contribution of this paper is a description of our dataset, our coding process to indiciate tweets with health related advice, and our analysis and comparisons of the characteristics of the tweets with and without health-related advice. These contributions provide the basis for future research on semi-automated classifiers for health-related advice and efforts to reduce the spread of harmful health advice.</p>

<p>Data have been acquired by means of a comb-calibrated frequency-stabilized cavity ring-down spectrometer. They represent the absorption spectrum of the 3_(2,2)→2_(2,1) H_2O line, belonging to the nu_1 + nu_3 band, recorded under a continuous flux of high-purity N_2, while keeping the pressure to the constant value of 4 kPa.</p><p>This work received funding from the EURAMET-EMPIR program cofinanced by the participating states and from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program through the PROMETH2O project, coordinated by Vito Fernicola.</p>

<p>The CSV file contains all 60,488 publications that are related with wildfire studies.&nbsp;</p> <p>54 columns are contained and can be summarized into 4 categories:</p> <ul> <li>Columns (authors,&nbsp;ISBN, abstract, doi, type,&nbsp;title, journal, dates, affiliations) are accessed directly from the Web of Science (WOS) bibliographic database.</li> <li>Columns that start with "token_" are the consumed time of LLM responses (in this paper, gpt-3.5-turbo that was updated on 13th Feb 2023)</li> <li>Columns (study_area,&nbsp;study_period) are the interpreted or geoparsed results by LLM.</li> <li>Columns that start with "main_" are the selected topics in Fig. 1. Those start with "sub_" are the sub-topics. The results are marked by 1 (true) or 0 (false).</li> <li>Columns that start with "ignition_type_" are the interpreted results pertaining to different sources of ignitions. The normalized gene expression data set (#1) were generated from RNA-seq which was done at Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics used </span><span>TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Ribo-zero Globin kit and NovaSeq 6000 sequencing system. </span><span>&nbsp; We used an in-house pipline described in our manuscripts to generate raw gene count expression which was then normalized by Deseq2 package and batch corrected by combat function in SVA package. The qPCR validation data set (#2) was generated by microfluidic RT-qPCR using Biomark&trade; 48.48 Complete Bundle with Delta Gene&trade; Assays and BioMark&trade; HD system.</span></p>

<p>The dataset is associated with the paper entitled: How Academics and the Public Experienced Immersive Virtual Reality for Geo-education.</p> <p>It contains feedback regarding users&rsquo; experience with Immersive Virtual Reality for geological exploration, through a tailored approach developed by Tibaldi et al. [Stimulus Set] Evoking the N400 event-related potential (ERP) component using a publicly available novel set of sentences with semantically incongruent or congruent eggplants (endings)

<p>During speech comprehension, the ongoing context of a sentence is used to predict sentence outcome by limiting subsequent word likelihood. Neurophysiologically, violations of context-dependent predictions result in amplitude modulations of the N400 event-related potential (ERP) component. While N400 is widely used to measure semantic processing and integration, no publicly-available auditory stimulus set is available to standardize approaches across the field. Here, we developed an auditory stimulus set of 442 sentences that utilized the semantic anomaly paradigm, provided cloze probability for all stimuli, and was developed for both children and adults. With 20 neurotypical adults, we validated that this set elicits robust N400's, as well as two additional semantically-related ERP components: the recognition potential (~250 ms) and the late positivity component (~600 ms). This stimulus set (<a href="https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.9ghx3ffkg">https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.9ghx3ffkg</a>) and the 20 high-density (128-channel) electrophysiological datasets (<a href="https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.6wwpzgmx4">https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.6wwpzgmx4</a>) are made publicly available to promote data sharing and reuse. Future studies that use this stimulus set to investigate sentential semantic comprehension in both control and clinical populations may benefit from the increased comparability and reproducibility within this field of research.</p>
