SATURN: an inexpensive, freely-available, and fully self-administered cognitive screening test

Cognitive screening tests improve detection of dementia in the outpatient setting, and are helpful in select inpatient settings. Barriers to widespread screening include provider time investment and variability in test administration and scoring. We therefore developed Self-Administered Tasks Uncovering Risk of Neurodegeneration (SATURN) for inexpensive (<$100) computer tablets. This submission to Dryad accompanies an abstract for the 2020 American Academy of Neurology conference, and is likely to referenced in a later manuscript. This Dryad data submission was updated on 31-MAY-2020. The updated version of SATURN ("SATURN_0-4-0_ENGLISH.py") revises the score summary screen with the latest normative data, and now permits the operator to set their state (for orientation questions). The updated Dryad submission also includes a better video of normal operation of SATURN, draft foreign language versions, and an Excel spreadsheet with de-identified participant-level data on demographics, MoCA scores, and SATURN scores. As before, we include instructions for installing SATURN on a computer tablet, and the IRB-approved protocol for the validation study. The latter includes a description of scoring each item within SATURN. Our hope is that by sharing the protocol, it will be easier for others to implement studies that use SATURN.

An older file, SATURN.rar, is retained for completeness, but is outdated as of the 31-MAY-2020 upload.

VOYAGER 2 SATURN PLASMA DERIVED ION MOMENTS 96 SEC

THIS DATA SET CONTAINS ESTIMATES OF THE ION MOMENT DENSITY IN THE PLS VOLTAGE RANGE (10-5950 EV/Q) AT SATURN DURING THE VOYAGER 2 ENCOUNTER. RIGID COROTATION IS ASSUMED, WHICH LEADS TO AN UNDERESTIMATE OF THE DENSITY IN SOME REGIONS, AS DOES THE USE OF AN ACCEPTANCE AREA RELEVANT FOR A COLD BEAM FOR PLASMA WHICH IS TRANSONIC IN SOME REGIONS. DENSITIES MAY BE UNDERESTIMATED BY A FACTOR OF 2-3 IN THE INNER MAGNETOSPHERE, SO THIS DATA SET SHOULD BE USED PRIMARILY FOR STUDIES USING VARIATIONS IN PLASMA DENSITY. THE FIT DENSITIES GIVE A BETTER ESTIMATE OF THE ABSOLUTE DENSITY.

VOYAGER 1 SATURN MAGNETOMETER RESAMPLED DATA 48.0 SEC

This data set includes Voyager 1 Saturn encounter magnetometer data that have been resampled at a 48.0 second sample rate. The data set is composed of 6 columns: 1) ctime - this column contains the data acquisition time. The time is always output in the ISO standard spacecraft event time format (yyyy-mm-dd-Thh:mm:ss.sss) but is stored internally in Cline time which is measured in seconds after 00:00:00.000 Jan 01, 1966, 2) br - this column contains the radial component of the magnetic field, 3) bphi - this column contains the phi component of the magnetic field, 4) btheta - this column contains the theta component of the magnetic field, 5) bmag - this column contains the magnitude of the magnetic field, 6) flag - a flag value that indicates either software error or spacecraft hardware interference reduced confidence in this record (flag value of 1 is bad , 0 is good or unchecked). All magnetic field observations are measured in nanoTeslas. The coordinate system for this dataset is Minus Saturn Longitude System (-SLS). All of the magnetic field data are calibrated (see the instrument calibration description for more details). The SLS coordinate system is defined in Desch and Kaiser, 1981 and the reference documents for this dataset are: Ness et al, 1982 Acuna,Connerney, and Ness, 1983 Connerney,Acuna, and Ness, 1983 Behannon,Lepping, and Ness, 1983

CASSINI ORBITER SATURN ISSNA/ISSWA 5 MIDR VERSION 1.0

Images of the icy Saturnian satellites Mimas, Enceladus, Tethys, Dione, Rhea, Iapetus, and Phoebe, derived by the Voyager and Cassini cameras are used to produce new local highresolution image mosaics as well as global mosaics. These global mosaics are valuable both for scientific interpretation and for the planning of future flybys later in the ongoing Cassini orbital tour. Furthermore, these global mosaics can be extended to standard cartographic products.
