A global spatiotemporally seamless daily mean land surface temperature from 2003 to 2019

<p>The global daily mean land surface temperature product (GADTC product) was generated based on the improved ADTC-based framework (termed IADTC framework) which basically combines the annual temperature cycle and diurnal temperature cycle model.&nbsp;</p> <p>The GADTC product is organized by year and each .tif image contains the global spatiotemporally seamless daily mean land surface temperature (LST) for each day with the unit of Kelvin.&nbsp;</p> <p>The demo code of the IADTC framework is available at&nbsp;https://github.com/faluhong/IADTC-framework.&nbsp;</p>

BRAVES database Version 1.1 (REVISED): multispecies and high spatiotemporal resolution database of vehicular emissions in Brazil.

<p>The BRAzilian Vehicular Emissions inventory Software (BRAVES) database is a multispecies and high spatiotemporal resolution database of vehicular emissions in Brazil. We provide this database using a spatial disaggregation based on road density, temporal disaggregation using vehicular flow profiles, and chemical speciation based on SPECIATE database from the United States Environmental Protection Agency. We provide netCDF files with spatial resolution of 0.05x0.05 and annual emissions from 2013 to 2019. Files are divided by vehicle type (light, commercial-light, motorcycles, and heavy). We also provide the total vehicular emissions (sum of emissions from all vehicle types). The database contains&nbsp; emissions of 41 chemical species, such as ACET, ACROLEIN, ALD2, BENZ, BUTADIENE13, CH4, CO, CO2, ETH, ETHA, ETHY, ETOH, FORM, ISO, N2O, NAPH, NO, NO2, PAL, PCA, PCL, PEC, PFE, PK, coarse mode primary PM (PMC), PMG, PMN, unspeciated PM2.5 (PMOTHR), PNA, PNH4, PNO3, POC, PRPA, PSI, PSO4, PTI, SO2, TERP, TOL, VOC, and XYLMN. Codes from BRAVES are available by registering at <a href="https://hoinaski.prof.ufsc.br/BRAVES/">https://hoinaski.prof.ufsc.br/BRAVES/</a> and <a href="https://github.com/leohoinaski/BRAVES">https://github.com/leohoinaski/BRAVES</a>, where users can access instructions to run the database and download the input files.</p> <p>In this updated version from the first BRAVES database version, we have preserved estimates of ETOH and RCHO from CETESB. Brazil has a unique chemical signature of the chemical composition due to the biofuels (27% of gasoline is ethanol and 7% of diesel is bio-diesel). The emissions of C2H4O (ALD2), CH2O (FORM), and C3H6O (ACET) have been derived from RCHO emissions. We have used US-EPA Speciate to speciate compounds only when local emission factors of RCHO and ETOH are not available, such as in the case of motorcycles and heavy vehicles.</p> <p>We have also included emissions of PM2.5 (PMFINE), speciating coarse PM emissions from brake and tires (40%), road wear (53%), road dust resuspension (17%), and exhaust emissions (100%). Data, scripts and model output to perform spatiotemporal analysis of plankton drivers in the Belgian part of the North Sea

<p>This archive contains the input data, R scripts and final results of&nbsp;a mechanistic model that uses&nbsp;near real-time data from the Belgian Part of the North Sea (2011-2017)&nbsp;to quantify the relative contributions of the bottom-up and top-down drivers in phytoplankton dynamics. Input data are zooplankton and phytoplankton abundances, nutrients, Sea Surface Temperature (SST), photosynthetically active radiation (PAR); from the LifeWatch data and infrastructure, funded by Research Foundation - Flanders (FWO). Water temperature data for one of the locations was&nbsp;obtained from Flemish Banks Monitoring Network at https://meetnetvlaamsebanken.be/. CEDAR-GPP: A Spatiotemporally Upscaled Dataset of Gross Primary Productivity Incorporating CO2 Fertilization

<p>Overview:<br>----------<br>CEDAR-GPP is a global Gross Primary Productivity (GPP) data product, including monthly GPP estimates at 0.05&ordm; spatial resolution. These datasets were generated via upscaling eddy covariance measurements with machine learning and satellite data. CEDAR-GPP uniquely incorporated the direct CO2 fertilization effect (CFE) using both data-driven and theoretical approaches. GPP estimates were produced from ten different model setups that vary by temporal span, direct CFE incorporation method, and GPP partitioning approaches. CEDAR stands for ups<strong>C</strong>aling <strong>E</strong>cosystem <strong>D</strong>ynamics with <strong>AR</strong>tificial intelligence.</p> <p>CEDAR-GPP consists of GPP estimates from ten model setups, differing by temporal range, methods for quantifying CO2 fertilization effects, and the partitioning methods used to derive GPP from eddy covariance measurements.
