MALDI-TOF-MS spectra of archaeological eggshell in Central Asia
<p>Spectral data from archaeological eggshell fragments from four archaeological sites in Central Asia (Paykend, Afrasiab, Bash Tepa, Tashbulak and Burial Mound LCD-HA-K7). Samples were cleaned, bleached, demineralized with acid (HCl), followed by filtration, digestion with trypsin and peptide purification using C18 ZipTips. They were run on a Bruker autoflex MALDI-TOF-MS. MzXML raw data files are provided here along with a csv file providing information about the samples.</p>
