Plate 3 in Sclerotinia cirsii-spinosissimi, a new species from the Alps
Plate 3 – Phylogenetic placement of Sclerotinia cirsii-spinosissimi within members of the Sclerotiniaceae, obtained by sequence comparison of the ITS region. The phylogram is based on maximum parsimony. The strict consensus tree of 48 most parsimonious trees is shown, numbers percentages of 500 bootstrap replicates that support the indicated branches (only values above 50% are shown). Sequences other than S. cirsii-spinosissimi and S. nivalis were retrieved from the executable nexus file of HOLST-JENSEN et al. (1998).

Ground Freezing Index (GFI) and the relative change of the minimum seasonal velocity compared to the mean velocity between 2005 and 2017 at Becs-de-Bosson rock glacier in the Swiss Alps

This dataset contains the Ground Freezing Index (GFI) and the relative change of the minimum seasonal velocity compared to the mean velocity between 2005 and 2017 at Becs-de-Bosson rock glacier in the Swiss Alps. Velocity data is measured by GNSS surveys. GFI is the sum of the daily negative GSTs during the entire freezing season, indicating the coldness of the winter temperature.

GrADS is copyrighted under the terms of the GNU Public License and is freely distributed. 2) File "nov2002_Ealps_v3_pbl3.ctl: the Grads control file (data descriptor file). It contains in ASCII format the mapping of the binary data (*iee). It can be edited with Wordpad, Kwrite ... and has to be changed to point to the directory that contains the binary files (**iee) .This file also contains a description of all variables and units.
