Comportamento de bots: desinformação e interferência artificial no contexto dos presidentes do México, Venezuela e Chile no Twitter

<p>O presente estudo teve como objetivo investigar os fatores motivacionais de Fogg que contribuem para a dissemina&ccedil;&atilde;o de desinforma&ccedil;&atilde;o no Twitter. Para a realiza&ccedil;&atilde;o da pesquisa o objetivo geral foi subdividido em quatro objetivos espec&iacute;ficos, sendo: a) selecionar um grupo de perfis de contas pol&iacute;ticas para an&aacute;lise; b) identificar os usu&aacute;rios que participam da rede social das contas selecionadas citando seus perfis no Twitter; c) evidenciar a presen&ccedil;a de <em>bots </em>nos c&iacute;rculos mais influentes das contas no Twitter; e d) classificar as mensagens dos <em>bots </em>segundo os fatores motivacionais do Modelo de Comportamento de Fogg. Pesquisa descritiva, explorat&oacute;ria e documental com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, da qual utilizou do m&eacute;todo netnogr&aacute;fico para a realiza&ccedil;&atilde;o da an&aacute;lise das publica&ccedil;&otilde;es dos <em>bots</em> que mencionam os presidentes no Twitter para a identifica&ccedil;&atilde;o da exist&ecirc;ncia de fatores motivacionais de Fogg como forma de disseminar desinforma&ccedil;&atilde;o. Foram selecionadas 3.979 publica&ccedil;&otilde;es de <em>bots</em> que mencionam os perfis dos presidentes do Chile, Sebastian Pi&ntilde;era; M&eacute;xico, L&oacute;pez Obrador; e Venezuela, Nicol&aacute;s Maduro no Twitter. Como resultado do estudo, todos os presidentes possu&iacute;ram a maior quantidade de publica&ccedil;&otilde;es realizadas pelos <em>bots</em> que receberam a pontua&ccedil;&atilde;o 4.6 pelo Botometer, al&eacute;m de todas as publica&ccedil;&otilde;es predominarem a do tipo <em>retweets</em>. Na an&aacute;lise das publica&ccedil;&otilde;es observou-se que as publica&ccedil;&otilde;es relacionadas ao presidente do Chile eram totalmente de teor negativo, algumas publica&ccedil;&otilde;es eram escritas com xingamentos e frases motivacionais demonstrando insatisfa&ccedil;&atilde;o com o governo. As publica&ccedil;&otilde;es referentes ao presidente do M&eacute;xico se expressavam de forma negativa, denotando insatisfa&ccedil;&atilde;o com o governo, mas havia outras que parabenizaram o governo ou lamentavam algum acontecimento relacionado ao presidente e as publica&ccedil;&otilde;es sobre o presidente da Venezuela eram totalmente positivas ao governo. Foi identificado que de todos os tr&ecirc;s presidentes o elemento Prazer/Dor do fator Motiva&ccedil;&atilde;o, os elementos Dinheiro e Esfor&ccedil;o f&iacute;sico do fator Habilidade e o elemento Sinal do fator Gatilho estavam mais presentes no conte&uacute;do publicado e/ou compartilhado pelos <em>bots</em>. Com base nos dados apresentados e na an&aacute;lise realizada, conclui-se que a quantidade de seguidores nem sempre influencia a quantidade de publica&ccedil;&otilde;es; a ferramenta Botometer e a utiliza&ccedil;&atilde;o de sua API e a API do Twitter impossibilitaram uma pesquisa mais completa, pois muitos perfis n&atilde;o foram poss&iacute;veis de recupera&ccedil;&atilde;o; a maioria das publica&ccedil;&otilde;es realizadas por <em>bots</em> que mencionam o perfil dos presidentes trataram-se de <em>retweets</em>; a maioria destes <em>bots</em> receberam a pontua&ccedil;&atilde;o 4,6 no Botometer; e que os <em>bots</em> podem influenciar os demais usu&aacute;rios no Twitter utilizando-se principalmente de elementos de Prazer/Dor (Motiva&ccedil;&atilde;o), Dinheiro e Esfor&ccedil;o f&iacute;sico (Habilidade) e Sinal (Gatilho).</p>
