Overview of Automatic Preliminary Boundary Delineation Tool developed as part of UC2 (Prefilled Application) in NIVA4CAP

UC2 Pre-filled application seeks to make it easier and more accurate for farmers to annually declare their lands by reducing the time needed to draw the new parcels boundaries or update the existing ones, thus, prevent the mistakes with input of the data on crops grown. The work focussed on (1) Creating an automatic preliminary boundary delineation tool, (2) Testing an early stage corp type/ land use classification tool and (3) Finding and testing a robotic process automation tool suitable for data harvesting from external registers. This document gives an overview of the parcel boundary delineation tool and is supplemented by a complementary report summarising results from tests of that tool in Lithuania and Spain and referenced below.

Data analysis of LiP-MS data for high-throughput applications

Proteins regulate biological processes by changing their structure or abundance to accomplish a specific function. In response to any perturbation or stimulus, protein structure may be altered by a variety of molecular events, such as post translational modifications, protein-protein interactions, aggregation, allostery, or binding to other molecules. The ability to probe these structural changes in thousands of proteins simultaneously in cells or tissues can provide valuable information about the functional state of a variety of biological processes and pathways. Here we present an updated protocol for LiP-MS, a proteomics technique combining limited proteolysis with mass spectrometry, to detect protein structural alterations in complex backgrounds and on a proteome-wide scale (Cappelletti et al., 2021; Piazza et al., 2020; Schopper et al., 2017). We describe advances in the throughput and robustness of the LiP-MS workflow and implementation of data-independent acquisition (DIA) based mass spectrometry, which together achieve high reproducibility and sensitivity, even on large sample sizes. In addition, we introduce MSstatsLiP, an R package dedicated to the analysis of LiP-MS data for the identification of structurally altered peptides and differentially abundant proteins. Altogether, the newly proposed improvements expand the adaptability of the method and allow for its wide use in systematic functional proteomic studies and translational applications.

Dataset for: "Quantification of Geometric Errors Made Simple: Application to Main-Group Molecular Structures"

This dataset contains geometric energy offset (GEO') values for a set of density functional theory (DFT) methods for the B2se set of molecular structures. The data was generated as part of a research project aimed at quantifying geometric errors in main-group molecular structures. The dataset is in XLSX format created with MS Excel (version 16.69), and contains multiple worksheets with GEO' values for different basis sets and DFT methods. The worksheet headings, such as "AVQZ AVTZ AVDZ VQZ VTZ VDZ" represent different basis sets of Dunning theory, and the naming convention "(A)VnZ = aug-cc-pVnZ" is being used to label the worksheets. The data is organized in columns, with the first column providing the molecular ID and the names of the DFT methods specified in the first row of each worksheet. The molecular structures corresponding to each of these IDs can be found in Figure S1 of the supplementary information of the underlying publication [https://pubs.acs.org/doi/suppl/10.1021/acs.jpca.1c10688/suppl_file/jp1c10688_si_001.pdf]. The data have been generated from quantum-chemical calculations from the G16 and ORCA 5.0.0 packages, with further computational details, methodology, and data validation strategies (e.g., comparisons with higher-level quantum-chemical calculations) given in the supplementary information of the underlying publication [J. Phys. Chem. Design of Blockchain-based Applications using Model-Driven Engineering and Low-Code / No-Code Platforms - SLR Dataset

Dataset of the publications collected at various stages of the Structured Literature Review titled "Design of Blockchain-based Applications using Model-Driven Engineering and Low-Code / No-Code Platforms" published in Software and Systems Modeling:

The creation of blockchain-based software applications requires today considerable technical knowledge, particularly in software design and programming. This is regarded as a major barrier in adopting this technology in business and making it accessible to a wider audience. As a solution, low-code and no-code approaches have been proposed that require only little or no programming knowledge for creating full-fledged software applications. In this paper we extend a review of academic approaches from the discipline of model-driven engineering as well as industrial low-code and no-code development platforms for blockchains. This includes a content-based, computational analysis of relevant academic papers and the derivation of major topics. In addition, the topics were manually evaluated and refined. Based on these analyses we discuss the spectrum of approaches in this field and derive opportunities for further research.
