Ukrainian mural art in terms of global art

<p>ANNOTATION<br>Borys Gavryliuk. Ukrainian mural art in terms of global art. The article<br>is dedicated to analysis of Ukrainian mural art in terms of global art, with<br>works of famous artists as examples. The main artistic projects, locations<br>and spaces are described. There are some proofs in the article that mural<br>art is contemporary embodiment of classic wall paintings and mean of<br>communication with society. . The concepts of &laquo;muralism&raquo;, &laquo;street art&raquo;<br>and &laquo;graŒti&raquo; are distinguished. It is explained that mural is an actual form<br>of contemporary art and is not just a wall painting, but a monumental<br>composition on buildings and objects. Together with other elements,<br>they form the art of street art. A clear boundary between sanctioned and<br>anonymous art in urban space is conducted. This helps to analyze the<br>development of muralism since the 1960s. Considering the young, but rich<br>history of the formation of muralism, as a special way of expression of the<br>artist, it can be said about the eectiveness of the results achieved by the<br>masters, expressing their thoughts on the giant walls. Today, the municipal<br>government is promoting public art to become sanctioned. System of<br>investment and issuance of permits are planned. Companies provide<br>artists with tools and cranes, which makes the compositions become<br>gigantic in size. A number of unexplored questions about the place of<br>Ukrainian mural art in the world context are revealed. Which becomes<br>an alternative and resonant way of communication between the artist<br>and society, where it is possible to radically inform cultural and political<br>ideas to dierent groups of the population. Mural art stimulates Ukrainian<br>artists to permanent integration, travelling, and search for new ways of<br>expression in a multicultural world. An iconic group in Ukrainian muralism<br>is a team from Kyiv &ndash; &laquo;Interesting Tales&raquo;, who goes deep into the spiritual,<br>religious themes associated with folk and mythology, where Slavic roots<br>and surrealistic ideas are combined. Particular attention is paid to the rapid<br>development and popularization of muralism in Ukraine in comparison<br>with other countries for today. Cities are turning into an open-air gallery.<br>Synthesis of architecture and painting, forms a new vision on the value of<br>art in the public space.</p>

The technique listed as Rank 1 is considered as the most commonly used 3D printing procedure.</li> <li>&nbsp;fig1b-data.csv: The csv file enlists the benfits of the 3D printing techniques in biomedical applications as compared to subtractive manufacturing methods.</li> <li>&nbsp;fig3-data.csv: The file contains a comparison between conventional and customized tablet printing &nbsp;methods. Connection - The First Historic Photographic Art Masterpiece on AI

<p><em>Connection, </em>the First Visionary Artwork of Artificial Intelligence.</p> <p>Connection is a groundbreaking photographic work created in 2011, by the french artist N.P. , both conceptually and historically, that stands as the first artistic exploration of the profound philosophical, existential, and ethical questions surrounding artificial intelligence. Created more than a decade before the advent of ChatGPT and the widespread discourse on AI&rsquo;s societal implications, this visionary piece foresaw the critical dialogue that would emerge between humanity and the intelligent systems it creates.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Process: An Act of Disappearance</p> <p>The creation of Connection is itself an act of profound metaphorical resonance. The artist, who endures the daily constraints of a physically dysfunctional body, performed an intensely physical act during the long exposure process of the photograph. Through continuous, deliberate motion, the artist erased their own presence from the final image, leaving only the traces of energy, light, and movement behind. This disappearance is not merely technical&mdash;it is philosophical. It is an invitation to consider the continuity between human creativity and algorithmic processes, suggesting a shared language of pattern and complexity that transcends the boundaries of biology and computation.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A Historic and Pioneering Artwork</p> <p>Connection is more than a photograph; it is a declaration of artistic and intellectual foresight. As the earliest known artistic exploration of the intersection between human creativity and artificial intelligence, this work occupies a unique place in art history. Content Hosting & Services Agreement between Google Arts & Culture and The University of Texas at Austin

<p>This document was obtained through a public records request filed under the <a href="https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/open-government/members-public/overview-public-information-act" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Texas Public Information Act</a>. It details the terms of a collaboration between the University of Texas at Austin and the Google Cultural Institute (now Google Arts &amp; Culture). The document was requested as part of a data collection process for my PhD dissertation at the University of Texas at Austin, which, among other topics, examined the platform's use by cultural institutions. Contracts, alongside terms of service and content guidelines, are a critical aspect of a platform&rsquo;s governance mechanisms.</p> <p>The document was released in response to request <strong>R005413-103123</strong> and made available on <strong>November 17, 2023</strong>, without redactions. In-depth analysis of 18 case studies on state-of-the-art of cultural tourism interventions

<p>The aim of Work Package 3 of the SmartCulTour project (<a href="http://www.smartcultour.eu">www.smartcultour.eu</a>) is to provide a state-of-the-art overview of cultural tourism interventions implemented in European cities and regions, thereby identifying best practices and the impacts and success conditions of cultural tourism interventions. Based on the previous, desk-researched 107 interesting cultural tourism interventions see &quot;Desk research of 107 case studies on state-of-the-art of cultural tourism interventions&quot;, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.5213017 ), a further 18 interventions were selected for in-depth analysis.</p> <p>These 18 cultural tourism interventions were analyzed via a series of expert interviews, combined with document and literature analysis, performed in the period January 2021-March 2021. Description of the case studies follows a standardized <strong>case study data collection form</strong>. This form is included here as &quot;Case study data collection form&quot;. The form collect data on:</p> <ul> <li>Context and background information;</li> <li>The &#39;reason why&#39; of the intervention;</li> <li>The intervention;</li> <li>Resources and tools necessary to design and implement the interventions;</li> <li>Impacts (expected, perceived and measured);</li> <li>(Perceived) success conditions and limiting factors.</li> </ul> <p>The semi-structured interviews left some room for adaptability depending on the case studies. A <strong>general guide on potential interview questions</strong> is included here as &quot;Potential questions list for case study interviews&quot;.</p> <p>All case studies are included as individual odt-files, starting with &quot;detailed case study + name of the intervention&quot;.</p>
