<p>Typical Downscaled Year (TDY), Extreme Cold Year and Extreme Warm Year based on the methodology of Nik (2016), is extracted for the location of Casa Blanca neighbourhood Leuven (50°52'48"N, 4°43'48"E) from the EC-Earth driven convection-permitting climate model COSMO-CLM for the Belgian domain extended with land-surface scheme TERRA_URB(v2.0) making use of the SURY (Semi-empirical URban canopY) parameterization ( Wouters et al. 2016). The integrations are identical to the ones which are described in Vanden Broucke et al. (2019). The climate model has a spatial resolution of 2.8 km and an hourly temporal resolution and is available for the recent past (1976-2004) and future (2070-2098, RCP 8.5 climate change scenario) as 30-year datasets. For this dataset, the TDY, ECY, and EWY are extracted for the future period. A bias correction is applied for the following variables: temperature (as described in Ramon et al. 2020), solar radiation and relative humidity as described in Ramon et al. (202X).</p>

Cerveteri, e-Archeo Tattile: "La tomba-casa degli Etruschi"

Destinata alla Sala Mengarelli di Cerveteri, e-Archeo Tattile ha l’obiettivo di coinvolgere il visitatore invitandolo a interagire con alcuni contesti riprodotti tridimensionalmente e materialmente, che servono come tramite per una narrazione audiovisiva su schermo sottotitolata e in lingua dei segni (LIS e IS). I temi proposti nella TUI riguardano la necropoli di Monte Abatone a Cerveteri, con la sua varia tipologia di tombe simili a case. Per la prima volta la necropoli di Monte Abatone viene presentata al pubblico sebbene in forma virtuale. Non è infatti possibile visitarla nella realtà dal momento che lo scavo archeologico, ancora in corso, viene ricoperto ogni anno per motivi di conservazione.<br> Viene qui pubblicato il progetto, le linee guida metodologiche e gli output multimediali. Il gruppo di lavoro è multidisciplinare ed include istituzioni di ricerca, esperti di accessibilità e industrie creative.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>

The Great Kiva at Casa Malpais
This structure is a large ceremonial room at the ancient village now called Casa Malpais, near the Town of Springerville Arizona. The structure was probably built in the late thirteeth century as part of the western Pueblo tradition. Great Kivas such as these were present at most villages in the Mogollon highlands during this period of time. This village is open for guided tours, check in with the Casa Malpais Musuem at the Springerville Hertiage Center, 418 E Main St, Springervile, AZ.
