Efeito da quantidade de Corotoca na sobrevivência de Corotoca

<p>Hip&oacute;tese biol&oacute;gica: A sobreviv&ecirc;ncia de <em>Corotoca</em> pode ser afetada pela quantidade de sua popula&ccedil;&atilde;o na placa, devido &agrave; competi&ccedil;&atilde;o por recurso.</p> <p>Hip&oacute;tese estat&iacute;stica: Se a sobreviv&ecirc;ncia de <em>Corotoca</em> for afetada pela quantidade de besouros presentes nas placas, &agrave; medida que o n&uacute;mero de <em>Corotoca</em> aumenta, seu tempo m&eacute;dio para para morte diminui.</p> <p>O experimento consiste de uma placa com um grupo de cupins com <em>Corotoca</em>. Foram usadas placas de 85mm, forradas com papel filtro e fechadas durante o experimento. A sobreviv&ecirc;ncia era observada de hora em hora. Foram contados os termit&oacute;filos vivos e mortos em cada placa. Os grupos de cupins consistiam de 28 oper&aacute;rios e 7 soldados de<em> Constrictotermes cyphergaster</em>. E em cada teste foi colocada uma quantidade diferente de <em>Corotoca</em>, criando um gradiente de 2 at&eacute; 36 indiv&iacute;duos do besouro, mantendo-se sempre os 35 cupins, conforme acima.</p> <p>No banco de dados, cada linha representa a sobreviv&ecirc;ncia de um &uacute;nico indiv&iacute;duo de <em>Corotoca</em>. As vari&aacute;veis s&atilde;o:<br> [ind:]identifica&ccedil;&atilde;o do indiv&iacute;duo<br> [censor:]censor da Weibull. 1: se naquele momento o indiv&iacute;duo foi observado morto; 0: se naquele momento o indiv&iacute;duo foi observado vivo pela &uacute;ltima vez<br> [ncor]: n&uacute;mero de indiv&iacute;duos de Corotoca naquela placa.<br> [ninho]: identifica&ccedil;&atilde;o do ninho (fotos no Isoptera). O c&oacute;digo &eacute; composto da seguinte forma: YYYY-MM-DD-III-NNN, onde YYYY &eacute; o ano em quatro digitos, MM &eacute; o m&ecirc;s em dois digitos, DD &eacute; o dia em dois digitos, III s&atilde;o as iniciais do coletor e NNN &eacute; o n&uacute;mero de s&eacute;rie do ninho daquele dia. O coletor nesse caso &eacute; Yuri Carvalho de Carvalho.<br> [tempo:] tempo em minutos desde o in&iacute;cio do experimento at&eacute; a hora da observa&ccedil;&atilde;o do indiv&iacute;duo.</p>
