3d Virtual Patho-Histology of Lung Tissue from Covid19 Patients based on Phase Contrast X-ray Tomography
<p>X-ray phase contrast tomographys datasets of lung tissue from 6 Covid-19 patients (paraffin embedded unstained tissue), and one control tissue (healthy lung, in fixative solution). The data has been recorded as part of the Covid-19 Call for Proposals at DESY April 2020 at the GINIX instrument, beamline P10 of the PETRAIII storage ring at 8keV. Three different datasets are included in a single tar archive for each sample: (i) overview scan (up to 4mm cross section ) from stitching different tomograms, (ii) 1mm cylindrical punch, and (iii) cone-beam zoom tomogram recorded with waveguide illumination. </p> <p>voxel sizes: (i) 1.3µm, (ii) 650nm, (iii) 167nm. </p> <p>3 datasets per sample, raw format, voxel numbers given in Filename, single (32bit real)</p> <p> </p>
LG-covid19-HOTP: Literature Graph of Scholarly Articles Relevant to COVID-19 Study
<p>Parallel to the dataset <a href="http://dx.doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3727291">CORD-19</a> of scholarly articles, we provide the literature graph <a href="https://lg-covid-19-hotp.cs.duke.edu"> LG-covid19-HOTP</a> composed of not only articles (graph nodes) that are relevant to the study of coronavirus, but also in and out citation links (directed graph edges) to base navigation and search among the articles. The article records are related and connected, not isolated. The graph has been updated weekly since March 26, 2020. The current graph includes <strong>42,279</strong> hot-off-the-press (HOTP) articles since January 2020. It contains <strong>485,097</strong> articles and <strong>4,259,944</strong> links. The link-to-node ratio is remarkably higher than some other existing literature graphs. In addition to the dataset we provide more functionalities at <a href="https://lg-covid-19-hotp.cs.duke.edu">lg-covid-19-hotp.cs.duke.edu</a> such as new articles, weekly meta-data analysis in terms of publication growth over time, ranking by citation, and statistical near-neighbor embedding maps by similarity in co-citation, and similarity in co-reference. Since April 11, we have enabled a novel functionality - self-navigated surf-search over the maps. At the site we also take courtesy input of COVID-19 articles that are missing from the current collection.</p>

Assessment of entrepreneurial competences of Industrial Engineering Students: Post-COVID19 results
<p>The file contained are results of the research on the Entrepreneurial Competences of Industrial Engineering students at the University of Novi Sad. The research is conducted in the course of Reliability of Technical Systems and Maintenance. The students are enrolled in the 3rd graduate year at the module Industrial Engineering. The study is conducted during the winter semester of 2021-2022. The study explores entrepreneurial competences by using the EntreComp Reference Framework as a research instrument. The dataset contains students' responses, Fold change, Wilcoxon rank test and PLS-DA statistical test analysis. In addition, all three analysis included contain graphs and plots included, VIP plot and analysis and associated results. The writting of the study is performed during April of 2022.</p>
