<p>In the article&nbsp;&quot;Improving the lifetime of hybrid CoPc@MWCNT catalysts for selective electrochemical CO<sub>2</sub>-to-CO conversion&quot; we demonstrated that Fe impurities in a hybrid CoPc@MWCNT catalyst lead to its performance deterioration during long-term CO<sub>2</sub> electrolysis. Here we present the dataset the work was based on. The data are divided into four groups:<br> (i) Current transients and gas chromatography data for short-term electrolysis at different potentials (in an excel file we give the numbers of chromatograms for each potential; current transients are given as an origin file with datasets and plots inside)<br> (ii) Current transients and gas chromatography data for long-term electrolysis at different potentials and with different catalysts (in respective excel files we give the numbers of chromatograms; figure numbers are given in the folder names)<br> (iii) Electron microscopy images and EDX datasets (the images and datasets are collected in the folders with respective figure numbers used in the paper)<br> (iv) Calibration curves for ICP-MS</p>

A dataset of published journal papers using neural networks for seismological tasks.

<p>This is a dataset of 637 journal papers applying neural networks for various tasks in seismology spanning&nbsp;January 1988 to&nbsp;January 2022. The dataset mainly includes peer reviewed papers and does not contain duplicated works. It follows a&nbsp;hierarchical classification of papers based on seismological tasks (i.e. category, sub_category_I, sub_category_II, task, and sub_task). For each paper following information are provided: 1) first author&#39;s last name, 2) publication year, 3) paper&#39;s title, 4) journal &#39;s name, 5) machine learning method used, 6) the type of used neural network, 7) the name of neural network architecture, 8) the number of neurons/kernels in each hidden layer, 9) type of training process, i.e. supervised, semi-supervised, etc, 10) input data into the network, 11) output data, 12) data domain, i.e. time, frequency, feature, etc, 13) the type of data used for training, e.g. synthetic or real data, 14) the size of training set, 15) the metrics used to measure the performance, 16) performance scores, 17) the baseline method used for evaluation, and 18) a short note summarizing the paper&#39;s objective, its approach, and its significance.&nbsp;</p> <p>An updating version of the dataset can be find from here:&nbsp;https://smousavi05.github.io/dl_seismology/ and here:https://github.com/smousavi05/dl_seismology/tree/main/docs.&nbsp;</p> <p>An updating glossary of seismological tasks and relevant machine learning techniques and papers are provided here: https://smousavi05.gitbook.io/mlseismology/</p>

Dataset for "Authorship concentration in health sciences journals from Latin America and the Caribbean"

<p>Authorship concentration indexes and other data for journals in the LILACS (Latin American and the Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences) bibliographic database, from 2015 to 2019 (FONTENELLE, 2022). These data are read and created by <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6127497">analytic code in Zenodo</a>.</p> <ul> <li><em>authorship_concentration.csv</em> - dataset derived in Fontenelle (2022) from raw data exported from LILACS. This is the main file, and it&#39;s CC-BY because other researchers might have curated the raw data differently and thus derived different data. CSV file encoded with ASCII.</li> <li><em>authorship_concentration_datadictionary.csv</em> - data dictionary for the previous file. This file is actually CC0. CSV file encoded with ASCII.</li> <li><em>journals.csv</em> - dataset about the journals indexed in LILACS between 2015 and 2019. As a result of simply converting and filtering the original TITLE database, this is actually CC0 by the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO). Interviews with editors of library science journals on transitioning to open access

<p>These three files are related to qualitative, semi-structured interviews conducted in Fall 2023 with editors of Library and Information Science (LIS) journals on transitioning to open access. One subgroup consisted of participants who were editors at the time of an LIS journal when it transitioned (or flipped) to an open access model that does not charge a fee to either readers or authors (which this study refers to as equitable open access), and the other subgroup consisted of current editors (at the time) of LIS journals that have not yet transitioned (or unflipped) to an equitable open access model. Two of the files are the interview protocols for each group of flipped and unflipped editors, and the third file is the codebook the researchers used to analyze the interview transcripts. Interview transcripts are not being publicly shared to ensure confidentiality for interview participants.</p> <p>The interview protocols were created based on the findings of a prior research study:</p> <p>Borchardt, R., Dawson, D., &amp; Schultz, T. Geo-referencing of journal articles and platform design for spatial query capabilities

<p>We analyzed the corpus of three geoscientific journals to investigate if there are enough locational references in research articles to apply a geographical search method, on the example of New Zealand.&nbsp;We&nbsp;counted place name occurrences that match records from the official Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) gazetteer in the&nbsp;titles, abstracts and full texts of&nbsp;freely available papers of the New Zealand Journal of Geology and Geophysics, the New Zealand Journal of Marine and Freshwater Research, and the Journal of Hydrology, New Zealand,&nbsp;for&nbsp;the years 1958 to 2015. <p>QUIC addresses many network problems such as the Head Of Line (HOL) blocking as well as the TCP reconnection over a subnet/network change. In addition, QUIC has many features such as connection IDs, which can overcome the challenge of changing networks. In this way, if someone switches from a WIFI network to a cellular network, the connection to the server will not be broken or lost. Paper (Langley and Chang, 2016) described the QUIC crypto protocol, representing the part of QUIC that provides transport security to a connection. The QUIC crypto protocol is now replaced by TLS 1.3. Currently, QUIC provides security of TLS 1.3 (in an experimental stage), considered the highest security standards for the communication protocols (Valsorda; 2016).&nbsp;</p> <p>Figure 1 describes the TLS vs. QUIC protocol user level stack in the context of application layer and transport layer.</p>
