Unistudium 2022: students groups logs on moodle
<p>This dataset contains the logs collected by <strong>Unistudium</strong>, the University of Perugia elearning platform based on moodle, a open source software for learning management systems (https://moodle.org).</p> <p>The collected logs record interactions with the platform of students attending 4 courses during the time period of one semester, from 1st September to 31st December. </p> <p>The platform support blended learning, providing teaching material to courses in presence delivered at University of Perugia. Data are completely anonymized.</p> <p>The dataset has been developed as part of the research activity of the scientific research group <strong>KITLab - Knowledge and Information Technology Laboratory</strong> (https://www.dmi.unipg.it/kitlab/). <p><strong>Short Description</strong></p> <p>This process describes the Procure-To-Pay (P2P) procedure within an organization, starting from the initiation of a purchase requirement up to the execution of payment. This simulation extensively uses genuine SAP transactions and object types to offer a realistic representation of the P2P process.</p> <p><strong>Overview</strong></p> <p>Within our simulated organization:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Procurement Initiatives: The procurement journey begins when a department or individual recognizes a need and creates a Purchase Requisition using transaction ME51N.</p> </li> <li> <p>Approval Process: Before the purchase can proceed, the requisition must be approved. This is carried out using transaction ME54N. Given the nature of our simulation, there may be instances where the approval process takes an unusually long time, exemplifying the Lengthy Approval Process behavior.</p> </li> <li> <p>Vendor Interactions:</p> <ul> <li>Upon approval, a Request for Quotation is sent out to potential vendors using transaction ME41.</li> <li>Vendors then submit their quotations, which are maintained in the system using transaction ME47.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Purchase Order Creation: Once a vendor's quotation is selected, a Purchase Order is created using transaction ME21N. The purchase order is then subjected to an internal approval process (ME29N). Respiration patterns of logs in the Pacific Northwest, 1986-1996
To examine the seasonal and successional patterns of respiration losses for four species (Abies amabilis, Pseudotsuga menziesii, Thuja plicata, Tsuga heterophylla), and two positions (top and side). Periodically this set of logs is examined for respirations rates.

These data provide a time series of changes in nitrogen fixation rates, and respiration rates for four common PNW species. The purpose is to understand when these rates reach a maximum.
Dynamics of large wood in streams: Tagged log inventory, Mack Creek, Andrews Experimental Forest, 1985 to 2008
Although many studies have identified the characteristics of wood stored in streams, few have attempted to measure the long-term dynamics of large wood. From 1982-1985, we developed a long-term study of input, storage, decomposition, and redistribution of large wood in Mack Creek. Each year from 1985 to the present, we have surveyed a 1.1 km section of this stream. This annual survey has allowed us to quantify the standing stocks and characteristics of large wood within the stream and floodplain of an old-growth forest and an older (ca. 1963) clear-cut. In addition, these data allow us to measure rates of input, fragmentation and movement.
Dimensions, cover, volumes, mass and nutrient stores of Coarse Woody Debris (bark and wood from logs, snags, and stumps) from forests plots in the western United States and Mexico, 1977 to 2005
These data provide an inventory of the mass and nutrients stored within various forest types by coarse woody debris (CWD). CWD inventoried includes standing dead trees (greater than 10 cm diameter at breast height) and dead and downed wood (greater than 10 cm large end and >1 long). The majority of measurements are from permanent sample plots associated with the Andrews LTER permanent sample plots network. This includes clusters of plots at and near the H. J. Andrews Experimental Forest (OR), Cascade Head Experimental Forest (OR), Mount Rainier National Park (WA), Olympic National Park (WA), and Fraser Experimental Forest (CO). There are also data from plots in the Yucatan in Mexico; however, the live tree data for these plots is not available. The species of CWD inventoried are primarily those found in the Pacific Northwest; the dominants being Douglas-fir, western hemlock, mountain hemlock, western redcedar, Pacific silver fir, noblel fir, lodgepole pine, ponderosa pine, sitka spruce, and Englemann spruce. The majority of measurements were made in the 1975 to 1995 period; however plots are periodically remeasured and the intent to eventually remeasure all the plots except those in Mexico. In each plot measurements of log and snag dimensions (length and diameters), as well as decay class and species were recorded in the stands (td01201 file). These dimension data are combined with data on density and nutrient content for each species and decay class (td01202 file) and plot area and slope (td01203 file) to calculate CWD volume, cover, biomass and nutrient storage (td01204 file). When data on density and nutrient concentrations is not known, a list of substitutions is used (td01206). The adjust tree diameters if measurements are taken at the base of the dead tree, taper regressions are used (td01205).

This file contains PAR , relative humidity, and temperature data logged every five minutes from within, below, and above Betula nana and Salix pulchra shrub canopies at two locations near Toolik Lake, Alaska during the summer of 2012. The location of the PAR sensor and dataloggers were co-located with the LTER shrub plots (block 1 and 2), also used for the chamber flux and point frame measurements taken this same year. There were two logging sites (block 1 and 2), each of which had five PAR sensors, two for each shrub canopy and one above, as well as three sensors to log relative humidity and temperature. Additional data about the daily instrument output from these sites can be found in the file "ShrubCanopy_DailyLogger".

Since 1949, hydrographic and biological data of the California Current System have been collected on quarterly CalCOFI cruises. The 59+ year hydrographic time-series includes weather, temperature, salinity, oxygen and phosphate observations. In 1961, nutrient analysis expanded to include silicate, nitrate and nitrite; in 1973, chlorophyll was added; in 1984, C14 primary productivity incubations were added. These data are being provided here in collaboration with CalCOFI-SIO in order to provide an additional queriable interface to the data. The data are updated on a regular basis from the CalCOFI hydrographic database.
