<p>A dataset on marine invertebrates from Maputo Bay, Mozambique derived from a dataset with occurrence data from Mozambique and São Tomé and Principe, collected through an extensive data search on digital platforms, scientific literature, and natural history collections. This dataset provides species occurrences in mangroves and seagrasses habitats, from 1950 to 2018.</p>
