Polychrome Reconstruction of the Pandora Frieze
This is a polychrome reconstruction of the Birth of Pandora frieze from the base of the 5th-century statue of Athena Parthenos in the Parthenon. The reconstruction was initially modeled on the base of Alan LeQuire's Athena in the Parthenon in Nashville, TN, USA. While LeQuire's Athena and her base have been colored to resemble chryselephantine sculpture, my model represents a "thought experiment": what would Athena's base look like, if decorated with painted marble figures on a grey stone background (cf. Erechtheion frieze, or statue bases in the Hephaisteion in Athens, or at Rhamnous). Initial model created in Agisoft Metashape Version 1.5.5 using 202 images (thanks to B. Frischer, M. Brennan, N. Plank, and B. Robinson). Settings were all run on high. Four additional models of the faces of my family members were created in Metashape, run on high, ultra high, and high settings. Zbrush 2018 was used to merge models of the four faces into the model of the frieze. Polypaint in Zbrush was used to add color. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab

Fig. 2 Scheme of the methodology employed in this study. In a first approach, the reference transcriptome (workflow in grey) was assembled de novo from three distinct life cycle stages: the feeding stage alone (asexual generation; note that in young feeding stages, the buccal funnel is located inside in the trunk), the feeding stage with Prometheus larva(e) attached to its trunk (sexual generation) and the free-swimming chordoid larva. Secondly, in the differential gene expression analysis (workflow in black), only two different conditions were investigated: feeding stages with Prometheus larva(e) attached to its trunk and feeding stages alone. Finally, sequenced reads were mapped to the reference transcriptome

ScienceDex guides
Understand access before you commit
These curated guides explain access requirements, typical timelines, costs, and reuse considerations for widely used research datasets.
Allen Brain Atlas
Allen Brain Atlas is an Allen Institute collection of brain map atlases, datasets, APIs, and analysis tools covering mouse, human, and non-human primate brain resources.
Annotated Behaviour and Observability Dataset (ABODe)
ABODe is a University of Edinburgh DataShare dataset for behavior classification in group-housed mice using home-cage video, identities, bounding boxes, ground-plate positions, and annotator labels.
DANDI Archive for NWB datasets
DANDI is a BRAIN Initiative archive for publishing and sharing neurophysiology data, including electrophysiology, optophysiology, and behavioral data packaged as NWB and related standards.
International Brain Laboratory public data
The International Brain Laboratory public data releases expose standardized mouse decision-making experiments, including Neuropixels recordings, widefield calcium imaging, behavior, and session metadata accessed through the ONE API.
OpenNeuro
OpenNeuro is a free, open platform for sharing neuroimaging datasets, with public search, dataset pages, and download paths for web, S3, DataLad, and the OpenNeuro CLI.
