Fig. 6. Effects of 2 on ROS production in LPS-stimulated zebrafish embryos. Zebrafish embryos were induced by LPS (10 μg/ml) and given with or without 2 (10, 30, and 100 μM) for 24 h. At 3 day post fertilization (dpf), the ROS levels were detected and observed by laser confocal microscope. Fluorescence intensity was quantified using Image J. Data were expressed as mean ± SD. ###p <0.001 compared with LPS-untreated embryos, ***p <0.001, **p <0.01 compared with LPStreated group.
