Xenium and Methoxy-X04 stain data from six human AD donors
<p>This dataset encompasses Xenium data from cortical tissue of six human AD donors, three homozygous for APOE3 and three homozygous for APOE4. After Xenium, the same sections were stained for amyloid beta plaques with methoxy-X04. The raw and processed data from Xenium as well as the full-slide scans from methoxy-X04 and SYTOX Green staining are shared here.</p> <p>This data is associated with "An Exhausted-Like Microglial Population that Accumulates in Aged and APOE4 Genotype Alzheimer’s Brains", from Millet, Ledo <em>et al.</em>.</p>
Day2_Session3 - Mini Xenium
<p>Subset region of the <a href="https://www.10xgenomics.com/datasets/preview-data-ffpe-human-lung-cancer-with-xenium-multimodal-cell-segmentation-1-standard"><strong>10X Human Lung Cancer FFPE dataset</strong></a> with multimodal segmentation. Items are kept as similar as possible to original data output formats. Only the images have been processed further by first converting from ome.tif to tif and then spatially manipulating to map to be properly mapped with the other data.</p> <ul> <li>Full dataset spatial extent: -16.039, 12342.984, -3511.515, -294.455 (xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax)</li> <li>Subset region: 6000, 7000, -2200, -1400 (xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax)</li> </ul> <p>Note that these spatial coordinates are the same those from 10X, except y inverted so that they work in coordinate system with the origin in the lower left.</p> <p>Created for the Xenium analysis section of the <strong>GIotto Suite Workshop 2024</strong></p>
Xenium human Brain Micrometastasis - 1rst batch
<p>This repository contains (1) all Xenium outputs as .zip files, (2) CD31 immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining in .czi format and the (3) .rds files related to 3 tissue sections from 2 human donors analysed by Xenium. Xenium and IHC were performed in sequential tissue sections from the same blocks. These datasets belong to a larger study to understand vascular co-option in brain micro-metastasis (Pedro García-Gómez et al., 2024).
