FIGURE 37 in Further study on the labial palp in the Isotomidae (Collembola) with reference to the genus Heteroisotoma Stach
FIGURE 37. Records of species of the genus Heteroisotoma in the Palearctic region. In addition to the locations listed above the records in South Siberia are used after Rusek (1991), Berezina (1997), and Stebaeva (2010), in Hokkaido after Kitazawa et al. (1985) and Maehara et al. (2003), in northern part of Honshu after Yamauchi and Suma (1999), in central part of Honshu after Börner (1909), Yosii (1963, 1969), Niijima (1966, 1975), Tamura and Chiba (1977), Iwanami et al. (1980), Hijii (1994), and Takeda (1995), in Kyushu after Tanaka (1970). Several other published records of H.carpenteri in Japan are not used since they block others.
