ENG : File "XPeye-tracker" : Raw data for the realization of a technical gesture (suture) of 67 medical students confronted with video (GP 2 = VID) or photo (GP 1 = IMG) instructions. It groups together chronometric data (evaluated using an eye-tracker) for instructions consultation (LEC), task completion (REAL), gesture execution (EXE), and the average duration of a consultation (CONSULT) in seconds or in minutes and hundredths. The number of alternations between consultation and execution (ALTER) is also measured.
The quality of the sutures was also assessed, using an OSATS scale (OSATS) and an error scale (ERR). The mental effort (EM) and the perceived difficulty of the task (DIFF) were subjectivly evaluated by the participants.
All these dependent variables were measured on 5 trials to study the different stages of learning the gesture.

File "QuestionnaireXPeye-tracker" : Raw data for pre- and post-experience questionnaires related to this research.

A stimulation channel encoding the timing of the motor imagination. The start of a trial is encoded as 1, then the actual start of the motor imagination is encoded with 2 for imagination of a right hand movement, 3 for imagination of both feet movement and 4 with a rest trial.

The duration of each trial is 3 second. There is 20 trial of each class.

PhD Career Choice Indicator

This poster was presented at the ESOF2018 meeting in Toulouse, as part of the researcher career programme. It describes the "PhD Career Choice Indicator", an adapted version of the Holland's Strengths Model, and how to use it to identify potential careers of interest. It is aimed at bioscience doctoral and postdoctoral researchers, but can be adapted to suit all disciplines.

FAU-Inf2/tree-measurements: PhD Thesis Version

This repository contains the evaluation results of the research paper "P. Kreutzer, G. Dotzler, M. Ring, B. M. Eskofier, M. Philippsen: Automatic Clustering of Code Changes", as well as a simple Java tool to read in the data.

It also contains the tree differencing evaluation of the PhD thesis "G. Dotzler: Learning Code Transformations from Repositories, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg, 2018".

Additional data of the PhD thesis "Merge-and-Shrink Abstractions for Classical Planning: Theory, Strategies, and Implementation"

The original data set for the thesis "Merge-and-Shrink Abstractions for Classical Planning: Theory, Strategies, and Implementation" by Sievers, 2017, available under https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.1164137, accidentally did not include the data of one experiment, namely the raw data of the parsed data contained in "sota-symba-spmas-eval". It can be found in this data set.

Experimental data from the PhD thesis "Counterexample-guided Cartesian Abstraction Refinement and Saturated Cost Partitioning for Optimal Classical Planning"

The three data sets contain the raw experiment data, parsed values and basic reports for the three parts of the thesis. For each experiment there are two directories. The first directory contains the raw data of all experiment runs. The code directories and benchmark files have been removed to avoid duplication and save space. The second directory (*-eval) contains "properties" file with all parsed values and an HTML report.
