In the Synagogue in Oświęcim, there is a plaque commemorating three gabaias - administrators or managers of the synagogue: Jakir Singer, Chaim Goldstein and Alter Neuberg. It is the only original element of its pre-war decor, and its content is as follows: This house of prayer was built (dedicated) to the memory of gebbaim - Jakir Singer (Long Live), Chaim Goldstein (Long Live), Alter Neuberg (Long Live) in 5688 (= 1928) according to a large count of time. Ardcarn Crucifixion Plaque
Listed in the SMR as an 'Armorial Plaque', this limestone plaque is located in the early monastery of Ardcarn (RO006-103001-), also the site of Ardcarn parish (RO006-103002-). This plaque was erected by Cormac MacDermot, possibly a son of Owen Mac Conor Og of Aghacarra in honour of his wife Elinor Crean in 1688. It depicts a crucifixion scene above the crests of the MacDermot and Crean families in relief with largely illegible inscription in latin at the base. Full name: Address plaque from the house of Szymon Kluger in Oświęcim, Poland The address plaque from the over century-old Kluger Family House in Oświęcim, preserved before the 2013-14 renovation of the building. At present, it is part of the interior design of Café Bergson, run by the [Auschwitz Jewish Cente](https://ajcf.pl/en/)r (AJC). Built in the late 19th century/early 20th century, the house changed hands over time and was consecutively owned by the Wulkan, Leser, and Teichner families. In 1928, it came into the possession of Bernard Teichman and his daughter Fryda Kluger. Visualization and quantification of carbon 'rusty sink' by rice root iron plaque: mechanisms, functions, and global implications
<p><span>Paddies contain 78% higher organic carbon (C) stocks than adjacent upland soils, and iron (Fe) plaque formation on rice roots is one of the mechanisms that traps C. The process sequence, extent and global relevance of this C stabilization mechanism under oxic/anoxic conditions remains unclear. We quantified and localized the contribution of Fe plaque to C stabilization in a microoxic area (</span><span>rice </span><span>rhizosphere) and</span> <span>evaluated the role of this C trap toward global C sequestration in paddy soils. Visualization and localization of pH by imaging with planar optodes, enzyme activities by zymography,</span> <span>and root exudation by 14C imaging, as well as upscale modeling enabled linkage of three groups of rhizosphere processes that are responsible for C stabilization from the micro- (root) to the macro- (ecosystem) level. The 14C activity in soil (reflecting stabilization of rhizodeposits) with Fe2+ addition was 1.4−1.5 times higher than that in the control and phosphate addition soils. Perfect co-localization of the hotspots of β-glucosidase activity (by zymography) with exudation showed that labile C and high enzyme activities were localized within Fe plaques. </span><span>Fe</span><span>2+</span> <span>addition </span><span>to </span><span>soil and its</span><span> microbial oxidation to Fe3+ by radial oxygen release from rice roots increased </span><span>Fe</span><span> plaque (Fe3+) formation by 1.7−2.5 times. The C trapped</span><span> by </span><span>Fe plaque was 1.1 times higher after Fe2+ addition. Therefore, Fe plaque formed from amorphous and complex Fe on root surface act as a "rusty sink" for C. Upscaling by model revealed the global significance of C preservation within Fe3+ complexes in paddy soils. Considering the area of coverage of paddy soils globally, radial oxygen loss from roots and bacterial Fe oxidation may trap up to 130 Mg C in Fe plaques per rice season. This represents an important annual surplus of new and stable C to the existing C pool</span> <span>under long-term rice cropping.</span></p>

Cloonshanville Crucifixion Plaque
Attached to the inside of the E wall of the mausoleum (RO015-030006-) is an armorial plaque (RO015-030004-) commemorating Patrick French Fitzstephen of Galway and Dungar (RO015-023----). This is surmounted by a crucifixion plaque (Wth c. 0.55m; H c. 0.7m) with a crucifixion surrounded by the symbols of the Passion - a hammer and pliers, sponge and whip, a Pillar entwined with a rope, supporting a ladder and surmounted by a rooster. The composition of this plaque is very similar to that at [Cloonshanville](https://skfb.ly/6uwuu)and as such is likely to be made by the same stonemason. Manly Monument Plaque with a new base
Same as previous upload of this monument but this time i modeled a fresh new base which should align with the original base that is sunken into the ground. Description: Small monument/plaque depicting how the Sydney suburb of Manly was named. The monument is located near North Harbour reserve close by the pathway that forms part of the Spit to Manly walk. How it was created: 1. quick and easy scan of the monument using my S10 smartphone 4k- 60fps, manual exposure, approx 60 seconds duration 2. extracted keyframe stills from the video using ffmpeg - 63 images extracted and 9 were discarded 3. aligned images and created mesh in Agisoft Metashape Standard 4. remeshed in Blender using the quadriflow remesh and fixed a few mesh problems 5. Modeled a new base in Blender and merged to the main mesh using the boolean modifier 6. manually UV unwrapped in Blender (was unable get a good unwrap using smart UV project) 7. textured in Blender by baking from the original Agisoft mesh/texture 8. added new texture to base Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab

A crucifixion plaque (dims 1.06m x 1.06m) over the arms of O'Conor Roe is built into the inner face of the S wall of the transept of the Dominican friary (RO022-114006- ), over the graveof John O'Conor of Tonroe, who died in 1777. This plaque depicts Christ on the cross, observed by Mary on his right side and St John on his left. The inscription 'INRI' is visible above christs head.
