The black diamond marks the type locality of C. semiadii (paratype locality identified by a white diamond). The exact type locality of C. marmoratus in Java is unknown, but the type specimens were, in all probability, collected from western Java. The potential type locality (indicated by a black star) may lie within the mountainous area around Bogor, but a revision of the C. marmoratus species-complex is needed to narrowly restrict the type locality of C. marmoratus sensu stricto.
