FIGURE 4 in Molecular delineation of the Agave Red Worm Comadia redtenbacheri (Lepidoptera: Cossidae)
FIGURE 4. Maximum Likelihood bootstrap consensus tree based on the COI partial gene depicting 40 branches that represent 19 species of the Cossinae subfamily. Red dotted branches cluster Comadia redtenbacheri members. This well-supported clade is composed essentially of the five samples collected by our group, two more characterized by Vergara et al. (2012) and the last two deposited in the BOLD systems by members of the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History. Green branches represent the closely related genera that group seven species from North America, Europe and Asia, respectively. Blue and green dotted branches represent two species from Central America and Japan, respectively. Blue branches represent nine species from Australia. The tree was visualized and decorated using the Interactive Tree of Life, iTOL v3.6.1 (Letunic & Bork 2016).
