University Archives Literature Review Dataset | A detailed exploration of the produced research studies of the last 15 years
<p>Based on this retrieved dataset, an effort is given to provide clarity, up-to-date knowledge, and ongoing insights into University Archives research studies over the last 15 years. This will give a clear view to the university archivists and researchers regarding the nature of the topic and how it is investigated and evolved until now by prior relevant research efforts (Hart, 2018). To achieve this goal, in this literature review, we deployed the proposed methodology of Kitchenham (2004). This methodology involves five sequential steps: i)the identification of related studies, ii)the studies selection, iii)the studies quality assessment, the iv)data extraction and data synthesis.</p> <p>The dataset contains information regarding 49 papers and their metadata. That is, title of the study, the year of publication, the type of publication, document type (journal, conference paper, or book chapter etc.), the URL link where the study could be found, the full citation at APA style, and lastly the abstract.of each research document.</p>

<p>This systematic review of the literatu was conducted with the PRISMA method, to explore the contexts in which the use of open government data germinates, identifying barriers to its use and identifying, the role of data literacy among those barriers to use; and the role of open data in promoting informal learning that supports the development of critical data literacy. This file includes a codebook of the main characteristics that were studied in a systematic literature review, where data from 66 articles related to Open Data Usage were identified and coded. Also, the file includes an analysis of Cohen's Kappa, a concordance statistic used to measure the level of agreement among researchers in classifying articles on the characteristics defined in the Codebook. Finally, it includes main tables of the results' analysis.</p>
GOhydro Literature Review Light Database
<p>GOhydro Literature Review Light Database contains information on microgreens production environments, with a focus on light impacts. It contains data on both environmental conditions and the resulting outputs for microgreens; this includes data on production conditions (i.e. quality and quantity of light, duration, temperature, relative humidity, CO2 concentration, etc.), and outputs (e.g. ascorbic acid, fresh weight, glucosinolates, etc.). There are 42 papers on microgreens production that vary light conditions in this database, with each paper described by title, author, methodology, yield parameters, and results. Values presented in the papers were extracted from both tables and figures. Data was mined from figures via the Automeris software (https://apps.automeris.io/wpd/). Data is presented per row, with each unique treatment's value having a corresponding row, including common environmental description (such as temperature, relative humidity, etc.). The only modification to the data was made for either a) converting between metric units, or b) transforming data from dry weight to fresh weight, using experimental values for species-specific conversion ratios, as mentioned in GOhydro Deliverable 1.1, which presents both discussion about, and presentation of, the data contained in this dataset. </p> <p>Where the data is highlighted in red, this means that the data is either a) a variable that cannot be compared to others, or b) was such an outlier that it was not used for comparison purposes. Either way, the highlighted red data was not used for comparison purposes which presented results in the Deliverable 1.1. </p> <p>Where possible, all data are presented for both means and standard errors. For instance, the standard errors are presented in the adjacent columns next to labeled value columns. </p> <p>Extra sheets contain screenshots or data extracted from the corresponding papers. A full reference sheet can be found in GOhydro Deliverable 1.1 to locate specific papers. </p>
