<p>This data is a sub set of a dump from ROARMAP [http://roarmap.eprints.org/] taken on 24th August 2014.</p> <p>ROARMAP&nbsp; is the Registry of Open Access Repository Mandates and Policies, a searchable international registry charting the growth of open access mandates and policies adopted by universities, research institutions and research funders that require or request their researchers to provide open access to their peer-reviewed research article output by depositing it in an open access repository.</p> <p>Number of Open Access policies and a ranking is shown for each country.</p> <p>The data is being used for a series of data visualisations [http://pasteur4oa-dataviz.okfn.org/] for the PATEUR4OA Project [http://pasteur4oa.eu/].</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>PASTEUR4OA (Open Access Policy Alignment Strategies for European Union Research) aims to support the European Commission&rsquo;s Recommendation to Member States of July 2012 that they develop and implement policies to ensure Open Access to all outputs from publicly-funded research. &nbsp;</p> <p>PASTEUR4OA will help develop and/or reinforce open access strategies and policies at the national level and facilitate their coordination among all Member States. It will build a network of centres of expertise in Member States that will develop a coordinated and collaborative programme of activities in support of policymaking at the national level under the direction of project partners.</p>

World Flora Online Plant List June 2025

<p>The consensus taxonomy of plants used as the backbone for the <a href="https://www.worldfloraonline.org/">World Flora Online</a> (WFO) portal, and issued as editions of the <a href="https://wfoplantlist.org/">WFO Plant List</a>.</p> <p>New versions of this checklist are released every six months in June and December: this is release 2025-06.</p> <p>The history of data development for the WFO taxonomic backbone is given on the WFO Plant List <a href="https://wfoplantlist.org/background">background page</a>. Taxonomic names are incorporated into WFO from nomenclators <a href="https://www.ipni.org/">International Plant Name Index</a> (IPNI) for vascular plants, and <a href="https://www.tropicos.org/home">Tropicos</a> for bryophytes. Taxonomic and nomenclatural updates are incorporated from the WFO's <a href="https://about.worldfloraonline.org/tens">Taxonomic Expert Networks</a> (TENs) and the <a href="https://powo.science.kew.org/about-wcvp">World Checklist of Vascular Plants</a> (WCVP), facilitated by the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.</p> <p>This data repository includes the following files:</p> <ul> <li><strong>wfo_plantlist_2025-06.zip</strong> The Catalogue of Life Data Package of the WFO Plant List. This is the most expressive standards based form of the list.</li> <li><strong>plant_list_2025-06.json.gz</strong> JSON formatted version of the WFO Plant List. This has been designed for direct import into a schemaless instance of a SOLR index and is used to drive the WFO Plant List API (<a href="https://list.worldfloraonline.org">https://list.worldfloraonline.org</a>) which in turn drives the WFO Plant List in the portal. This is recommended if you want a local, read only version of the list rather than use the API.</li> <li><strong>plant_list_2025-06.sql.gz</strong> This is the complete production database (minus API keys) as a MySQL backup file. <p>The <em>Latin Inscriptions in Space and Time</em> (LIST) dataset is an aggregate of the Epigraphic Database Heidelberg (<a href="https://edh.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/">https://edh.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/</a>); <a href="https://zenodo.org/record/7303886">aggregated EDH on Zenodo</a> and Epigraphic Database Clauss Slaby (<a href="http://www.manfredclauss.de/">http://www.manfredclauss.de/</a>); <a href="https://zenodo.org/record/7072337">aggregated EDCS on Zenodo</a> epigraphic datasets created by the <strong>Social Dynamics in the Ancient Mediterranean Project</strong> (SDAM), 2019-2023, funded by the Aarhus University Forskningsfond Starting grant no. AUFF-E-2018-7-2. The LIST dataset consists of 525,870 inscriptions, enriched by 65 attributes. 77,091 inscriptions are overlapping between the two source datasets (i.e. EDH and EDCS); 3,316 inscriptions are exclusively from EDH; 445,463 inscriptions are exclusively from EDCS. 511,973 inscriptions have valid geospatial coordinates (the <code>geometry</code> attribute). This information is also used to determine the urban context of each inscription (i.e. whether it is in the neighbourhood (i.e. within a 5000m buffer) of a large city, medium city, or small city or rural (&gt;5000m to any type of city; see the attributes <code>urban_context</code>, <code>urban_context_city</code>, and <code>urban_context_pop</code>). 206,570 inscriptions have a numerical date of origin expressed by means of an interval or singular year using the attributes <code>not_before</code> and <code>not_after</code>. The dataset also employs a machine learning model to classify the inscriptions covered exclusively by EDCS in terms of 22 categories employed by EDH, see <a href="https://ceur-ws.org/Vol-2989/short_paper12.pdf">Ka&scaron;e, Heřm&aacute;nkov&aacute;, Sobotkova 2021</a>.</p> <p><strong>Formats</strong></p> <p>We publish the dataset in the parquet and geojson file format. A description of individual attributes is available in the Metadata.csv. This column requires additional cleaning before computational analysis. List of Standards with relevance to a DPP-IT-Framework

<p>The ESPR specifies essential requirements for the DPP system in its Articles 9 and 10, and Annex III. Based on these high-level requirements, the EU Commission is mandating the European Standardisation Organisations (ESO&rsquo;s) to propose harmonized standards for the DPP system based on appropriate existing and new standards corresponding to a number of areas of standardisation. It is requested by the Commission that these standards should be available by the end of 2025. To be in compliance with the data system requirements of the DPP, upcoming DPP solutions will need to comply with the identified standards.</p> <p>One of the objectives of CIRPASS is to contribute to this effort by sharing useful results with standardisation organisations to support their work. To this end, CIRPASS identified an initial list of existing standards relevant for the establishment and operation of a cross-sectoral DPP system.</p> <p>A list of more than 300 standards, organized according to area of standardisation, was elaborated and their relevance for the areas of standardization was graded. Note that the CIRPASS proposal for the DPP System is embedded in the existing infrastructure of our networked society. This means that the architecture itself makes the assumption of the existence of the Internet and the Web with its underlying Common Technical Specifications. Many of the standards listed in this dataset make the same assumption.</p>

The research and visualisation project aims at illuminating synergies between the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Paris Agreement, and at identifying entry points for coherent policies that promote just, sustainable and climate-smart development.</p> <p>The objective of the NDC-SDG Connections is to: foster a dialogue on meaningful interaction between the 2030 Agenda and the Paris Agreement, globally and at the national level; to increase transparency with easy accessibility to all climate activities; and to cultivate learning and catalyse partnerships between countries and other actors to raise the ambition of future NDCs.</p> <p>With its second version, the NDC-SDG Connections project opened its data for public re-use.&nbsp;<br><br>This dataset contains a list of the countries and NDCs which are included in the NDC-SDG Connections tool as part of updated NDC submissions (V2), in .xlxs format. <p>This dataset includes a subset of EMARS' background mean data (Greybush et al., 2019) converted from the sigma-p hybrid coordinate to the pressure coordinate. Only MY24 and MY26 were used to generate the figures shown in Ogohara (submitted to JGR Planets).&nbsp;<br>Updates from the original EMARS are:</p> <ul> <li>The vertical coordinate has been converted from the sigma-p hybrid coordinate to the pressure coordinate.</li> <li>The variables expressing the Earth date (e.g., year, month, day, etc.) have been combined into one variable, earth_date.</li> <li>A new variable, emars_date, has been created from emars_sol and mars_hour.</li> </ul> <p>In addition, this dataset provides two lists of local dust storms events during MY24 and MY26 which were detected in western Arcadia Planitia using a deep learning-based method proposed by Ogohara and Gichu (2022). The lists are:</p> <ul> <li>[Data Set S1] List of global image swath files examined. Only file names of MGS/MOC red band images are listed. The list consists of 5 columns indicating image ID, observation date, orbit number, solar longitude, and filter name (RED).</li> <li>[Data Set S2] List of global image swath files containing identified dust storms, as well as some attributes of the detected dust storms. Only file names of red band images are listed. The list consists of 7 columns indicating image ID, observation date, orbit number, solar longitude, center longitude and latitude, and area (km2.)</li> </ul>
