RoadTrafficMARKS: Dataset of 10057 images (256x256 pixels) of Curved arrow, Straight arrow, Pedestrian crossing, Straight-right merge arrow, Merge arrow, Left arrow, Yield, Stop, Right arrow, Straight-left merge arrow, Speed limit and Straight-right-left merge arrow markings and their BoundingBox labels
<p><strong>The dataset consists of 10057 PNG images (256x256 pixels) of </strong><strong>high resolution aerial orthoimages </strong><strong>taggged with </strong><strong>twelve classes of traffic signals</strong><strong>: (1) Curved arrow, (2) Straight arrow, (3) Pedestrian crossing, (4) Straight-right merge arrow, (5) Merge arrow, (6) Left arrow, (7) Yield, (8) Stop, (9) Right arrow, (10) Straight-left merge arrow, (11) Speed limit and (12) Straight-right-left merge arrow markings, together with their corresponding Bounding Boxes. The dataset has been created in the framework of the SROADEX project to train an identification process based on artificial neural networks.</strong></p> <p><strong>The dataset was created by manually tagging the twelve class of marks on orthoimage tiles of 256x256 pixels </strong><strong><strong>with the LabelMe tool</strong>. After the semantic labeling (manual digitalization of the contour of the signals), a transformation and random splitting process has been carried to prepare the data for the neural networks</strong><strong><strong> training</strong>. It resulted in 80% of the images for training (8031), 10% for validation (1000) and 10% for testing (1021).</strong></p> <p><strong>The next table presents the number of images of each class on the </strong><strong><strong>"train", "valid" and "test" </strong>sets.</strong></p> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td> </td> <td>Train</td> <td>Valid</td> <td>Test</td> <td>Total</td> </tr> <tr> <td>CURVED ARROW</td> <td>319</td> <td>43</td> <td>48</td> <td>410</td> </tr> <tr> <td>STRAIGHT ARROW</td> <td>6730</td> <td>806</td> <td>843</td> <td>8379</td> </tr> <tr> <td>PEDESTRIAN CROSSING</td> <td>3881</td> <td>465</td> <td>485</td> <td>4831</td> </tr> <tr> <td>STRIGNT-RIGHT MERGE ARROW</td> <td>1373</td> <td>187</td> <td>177</td> <td>1737</td> </tr> <tr> <td>MERGE ARROW</td> <td>550</td> <td>91</td> <td>59</td> <td>700</td> </tr> <tr> <td>LEFT ARROW </td> <td>238</td> <td>33</td> <td>31</td> <td>302</td> </tr> <tr> <td>YIELD</td> <td>356</td> <td>47</td> <td>40</td> <td>443</td> </tr> <tr> <td>STOP</td> <td>141</td> <td>19</td> <td>15</td> <td>175</td> </tr> <tr> <td>RIGHT ARROW</td> <td>836</td> <td>93</td> <td>111</td> <td>1040</td> </tr> <tr> <td>STRIGNT-LEFT MERGE ARROW</td> <td>152</td> <td>19</td> <td>21</td> <td>192</td> </tr> <tr> <td>SPEED LIMIT</td> <td>392</td> <td>50</td> <td>45</td> <td>487</td> </tr> <tr> <td>STRIGNT-RIGHT-LEFT MERGE ARROW</td> <td>82</td> <td>9</td> <td>9</td> <td>100</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>

Radical Right On Twitter (ROT)
<p>We collected the Radical Right On Twitter dataset (ROT7) to advance research into radical right activity online. The resource addresses a lack of data in this field, particularly data that relates to the activity of radical right actors. The dataset was funded without commercial support.</p> <p>ROT follows six months of Twitter activity (8th July 2020 to 9th January 2021) from 35 radical right actors. We follow the advice given by Williams, Burnap, and Sloan (2017) for publishing Twitter data on sensitive topics. ROT includes:</p> <p>It contains:</p> <ol> <li> Actors' content: all content produced by the actors, including posts (n = 22,131), replies (n = 19,947), quotes (n = 11,314), and retweets (n = 37,283).</li> <li>Actors' profiles: Twitter profile information for all 35 actors.</li> <li>Actors' followers: a list of each actor's followers, collected each day (combined n = 6,592,056).</li> <li>Actors' friends: a list of each actor's friends, collected each day (combined n = 262,856).</li> <li>Direct engagement: all tweets which engage with actors, including replies, quotes and retweets (n = 31,443,828).</li> <li>Engagers’ followers: List of followers of every user who replied, quoted or retweeted actors' content. We only collected users' list of followers once, even if they engaged with the actors multiple times during the period studied.</li> <li>Other engagement: all other tweets collected through Twitter API that mentions an actor (n = 10,939,868). </li> </ol>

Right for the Right Reason: Evidence Extraction for Trustworthy Tabular Reasoning
<p>This repository contains resources developed for the paper: Gupta, V., Zhang, S., Vempala, A., He, Y., Choji, T., Srikumar V., Right for the Right Reason: Evidence Extraction for Trustworthy Tabular Reasoning. In: Proceeding of the The Association of Computational Linguistic 2022 (ACL ’22), May 2022".</p> <p><strong>I</strong>t includes the relevant rows marking for the train set of the InfoTabS dataset (<a href="https://infotabs.github.io/">https://infotabs.github.io/</a>) Gupta et. al. 2020 [1]. </p> <p>We followed the protocol of Gupta et al. (2022) [2] which annotated the development and test sets (alpha1, alpha2, alpha3) sets: one table and three distinct hypotheses formed a HIT. We divide the tasks equally into 110 batches, each batch having 51 HITs each having three examples. In total, we collected 81,282 annotations from 90 distinct annotators. </p> <p>Overall, twenty five annotators completed over 1000 tasks, corresponding to 87.75 % of the examples, indicating a tail distribution with the annotations. Overall, 16,248 training set table-hypothesis pairs were successfully labeled with the evidence rows. On average, we obtain 89.49% F1-score with equal precision and recall for annotation agreement when compared with majority vote. It also includes an annotation template used on the mTurk platform for crowdsourcing. The cited datasets were used in this work. Estimation of reinforced urn processes under left-truncation and right-censoring
<p>We propose a nonparametric estimator for bivariate left-truncated and right-censored (LTRC) observations that combines the Expectation-Maximization (EM) algorithm and the Reinforced Urn Process (RUP). The resulting Expectation-Reinforcement (ER) algorithm allows for the inclusion of experts' knowledge in the form of a prior distribution, thus belonging to the class of Bayesian models. This can be relevant in applications where the data is incomplete, due to biases in the sampling process, as in the case of left-truncation and right-censoring. With this new approach, the distribution of the truncation variables is also recovered, granting further insight into those biases, and playing an important role in applications like prevalent cohort studies. The estimators are tested numerically using artificial and empirical datasets and compared with other methodologies such as copula models and the Kaplan-Meier estimator.</p>
