<p>Es gibt in Deutschland wenig Vergleichbares: In den 1960er/70er Jahren versorgte das “Kapellenbauprogramm” Schleswig-Holstein mit ebenso pragmatischen wie qualitätvollen Kleinkirchen. In zwei Wettbewerben (1961/69) wurden standardisierte Lösungen ausgewählt, die man vor Ort um individuelle Entwürfe ergänzte. Von den 81 gebauten Kapellen haben drei Viertel noch ihre ursprüngliche Funktion. Mit seinem virtuellen Rundweg will moderneREGIONAL (in der Kirchensparte <a href="https://www.moderne-regional.de/listing-category/kirchen/">“invisibilis”</a>) auf diese Vielfalt hinweisen. Shu’aib Kashshî (or Kissî)<sup>1</sup> Ḥanafî. Cf. Ḥ. Kh. ii. 423, v. 153, and Bibl. Sprenger. 831.</p> <p>The author, who belonged to the orthodox school, اهل السنة و الجماعة, lived in the latter part of the fifth century. He says (fol. 78<em>v</em>.):</p> <p>وقد وجدت الموافقة و المتابعة فی السنة و الجماعة مع الامة و الصحابة و تحققت من مشایخنا ائمّة الهدی فی بلاد الشرق و الصین من فقهاء خراسان و ما وراء النهر و بلاد غزنة و دیار الترک الخ,</p> <p>and (fol. 80):</p> <p>سمعت عن شیخ الامام الزاهد ابوبکر محمد ابن حمزة الخطیب سمرقند (!) رحمه الله تعالی فی سنة نیف و ستین و اربع مائة کنت متفقها عنده و تلقّنت منه کتاب السرقة و غیره الخ.</p> <p>He commonly quotes the opinions of Abu Ḥanîfah, Ash’arî, the Mu’tazilites, and the Philosophers.</p> <p>The work begins:</p> <p>قال المهتدی ابو شکور سالمی و هو محمد بن عبدالسید بن شعیب رح الحمد لله الذی ذا المن (!) و الالاء و العظمة و الکبریاء..... فبعد فقد سالنی بعضی (!) اخوانی ان امهّد لهم اصول المعرفة و التوحید مقدار ما یکشف بالعبارة و یدرک بالاشارة الخ.</p> <p>The chapters are inaccurately marked. The following titles occur here: fol. 1<em>v</em>., العقل و العقلاء; fol. 8, المحسوسات و المعلوم; fol. 14, اثبات الصانع; fol. 20<em>v</em>., اثبات الصفات; fol. 27, الاسماء (on fol. 40 is marked as given by another MS., باب فی معرفة الله); fol. 65<em>v</em>., التکلیف و الطاقة ; fol. 71, الخلافة و الامارة; fol. 78, السنة و الجماعة و الردّ علی البدعة.</p> <p>Each chapter is subdivided into paragraphs, which invariably begin with the words القول فی.</p> <p>The name of the author, as given at the beginning, occurs often in the course of the work.</p> <p>Clearly written; only a few (generally two) lines at the top, in the middle, and at the foot of each page, are straight, dividing it into two squares. The rest run diagonally. <em>Persian</em> notes are on the margin.</p> <p>A statement of the answer given by the Imâm ABU ḤAFṢ (NASAFÎ) to four questions, which were put to the divines of Transoxania by those of Khurâsân, in <em>Persian</em>, is written on the title-page. As’ad Ṣiddîḳî DAWWÂNÎ</a> (d. A.H. 907 or 908 [1512-13 CE]). This is the first of the three glosses which he wrote to that commentary. It is commonly called الحاشیة القدیمة. See Ḥ. Oudh</a>, 73.</p> <p>The work begins with commenting on the first additional note of <a href="http://worldcat.org/identities/lccn-nr90029107/">ḲÛSHJÎ</a>’s, as found in the above MSS. (<em>e.g.</em> on fol. 8 of no. <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5031766">409</a>):</p> <p>قوله فی الحاشیة قیل لم یرد به معینا الخ اقول مراده بالزیادة فی الجملة الخ</p> <p>It extends, in this MS., only over the first chapter (مقصد) and the commencement of the second. The last annotation refers to the words: قوله اذ لم ینتهض دلیل علی بطلانه, from the second فصل (=fol. 161 of no. <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5031766">409</a>).</p> <p>There is prefixed, but only in the present MS., the author’s preface (foll. 2-4), beginning:</p> <p>یا من وفقنا لتجرید الکلام، فی تقریر عقائد الاسلام</p> <p>It contains a dedication to Sultan Abu’l-fatḥ Khalîl Beg Bahâdur Khân, son of Sultan Abu’l-naṣr Ḥasan Beg (or Uzun Ḥasan), the second prince of the Bâyandurîyah Dynasty, or Turkomans of the White Ram [i.e. <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aq_Qoyunlu">Aq Ooyunlu</a>], who reigned from A.H. 883 to 884.<sup>1</sup></p> <p>Written in Nasta’liḳ, mostly without diacritical points; with marginal notes by the author (marked with منه). They are followed by some notes referring directly to the work of <em>Dawwânî</em>, who is styled المحقق, and to that of <em>Ḳûshjî</em>.</p> <p>According to notes on the two title-pages, the name of the author is AGHA ḤUSAIN خفاری. Additional notes by the same are on the margin.</p> <p>Closely written in a small, but clear Nasta’liḳ hand, by Hâshim Ḥusainî. The second piece is dated Tuesday, 15<sup>th</sup> Rabî’ I., 1072.
