The cluster analysis has been performed measuring the Jaccard similarity coefficient, using the Unweighted Pair Group Algorithm with Arithmetic Mean (PAST version 1.81, Hammer et al. 2001). The principal coordinate analysis was performed using Jaccard's coefficient for measurement of similarities, the minimal spanning tree is based on an Euclidean distance measure of the original data points.
