<p>Imaging mass cytometry data of 42 HCC patients that received immune checkpoint inhibtor therapy after tumor biopsy or resection. </p> <ul> <li>ICI_img_normalized: Preprocessed and normalized multistack .tiff images. Each stack represents one channel.
