NW Colombia in the Pacific lowlands (E to the Sinu Valley, S towards the Ecuadorian border, and N into Cordoba Department, perhaps as far as Valdivia where it would overlap with the Gray-legged Night Monkey, A. griseimembra), and most of Panama (along the Pacific coast W to the Rio San Pedro in Veraguas and on the Atlantic side W as far as the Rio Changuinola in Bocas del Toro); it is absent from SW Panama (Chiriqui), and its occurrence in SE Costa Rica is uncertain. in Aotidae
